What? Support asked me to send my IDs as well as copies ,front
And back of my Credit Card so they can "verify and update" my account for the
Third time.
Which was BULL,lol.

Stop playing games until you receive your winnings b/c that's what their 4 day pending
withdrawal is for. Lose your balance and then cancel your pendin g withdrawal.

I have also experienced this 0.01c "bonus" appearing at random(?), as well as WR carrying over due to not zeroing out the balance after a bonus. Always at Playtech casinos.
They explained it as a "software glitch" and was sorry for the inconvenience etc.etc., but never forced me a WR if I asked them to remove a bonus I didn't want. I always got it sorted out with management, including Europe casino.

But this was 3-4 years ago...

Sometimes the history log clearly showed that a bonus was removed, but many times the operator just removed the amount, while the log still looked as if I got the bonus.
At the time, it was not so much of an issue because the casinos were not trying to cheat (at least not the ones I played at)
Nowadays it seems you have to be extremely careful.
