    Withdrawals not working Grand Mondial

I tried to withdraw from Grand Mondial last week. After submitting my web wallet details the cashier told me "There is an error. Please contact support." LiveChat told me to wait 2 - 4 hours.

I tried the next morning and had the same error. Livechat told me to uninstall the software and reinstall the casino. I have the same error in the flash casino so I did not do this. He told me to use a VISA withdrawal. I cannot because I have never deposited with VISA.

The next day I have the same error. Live chat did not want to help me. He told me over and over my details are right and there is no problem. He refused to withdraw for me manually.

The next day I have the same error. Finally the email support replied to my email from days ago. They tell me

Thank you for contacting Grand Mondial Support.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Our technical department is actively working to resolve these issues and restore service to normal as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. May we suggest to use a Visa Card in order to make a withdrawal.

We trust that we have been of assistance and wish you a fantastic week further.
Does everyone have this problem? When can we withdraw? Why do they not withdraw manually? I think they must if the software does not work.

    Here's a link for the rep: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/mario.html

Mario's a pretty good guy, but sadly it seems he needs to step in far too often when CS should be able to handle the problem.

    Hi villacruz,

Please be so kind and PM me with your account details and I will gladly look into the matter for you.

To be honest a manual withdrawal could have been conducted by support on your behalf.

Please do send me the details and I will gladly take this matter further for you.

    Thanks
    Mario

So why didn't they? They didn't just not offer, they FLATLY REFUSED.

To the player, it looks like they have INTENTIONALLY been blocked from withdrawing, but are being "stalled" by CS with pointless suggestions to reinstall, try VISA, try Flash, wait an indeterminate amount of time.. etc.

Often when this happens to a player, they soon find out that all along they have been "under investigation", and the whole thing was a stalling tactic designed to hide the fact that an investigation was underway.

Casinos have even ADMITTED that they routinely "stall" a fraudster rather than do something that will alert them to the fact that they have been "flagged".

ANYTHING going wrong like this, especially when accompanied by deliberate obstruction from CS of every suggestion that might provide a "work around" for the bogus "technical issue", has players convinced they are in the early stages of "getting screwed".
