Need Help!!
Hi everyone,
First time I am on this site so hello everyone. I do have a problem that I hope someone can help me get resolved. I started playing at a 7 Reels Casino about 2 months ago. They give nice bonuses and I like the games they offer. Well, I lost a few times and then I got lucky and won. I won $5000 and because of their withdrawal limit I could only submit a withdrawal for $2500. I waited and waited but no action for about 3 weeks. The live chat service said it would be paid but the first time takes a while but in the meantime he suggested I go play at their sister site 7 Spins so I did. I ended up winning there after a few deposits I won $2500 and I put in for a withdrawal. All my playthrough requirements were satasfied on both sites. Well after about 2 more weeks with no payments I was blocked from signing in at both sites. They give a phone number and an email address to contact support so I tried to call them. The phone number didn't work and after trying to call them for 3 days to find out what was going on I started to send them emails.
I sent emails every few days but I got no response from either site. Then one day, $2500 (minus the $200 in fees) showed up in my checking account. I am assuming it came from 7 Reels but there is no way to tell. That was about 2 weeks ago and I still have not had any response to my emails and no additional payments. Now at 7 Reels the remaining $2500 was still in my balance when I was blocked from their site so I never got the chance to submit it for a withdrawal so they still owe me $2500. The $2500 that 7 spins Casino owes me still has not been paid and they do not respond to any of my emails.
Since I have not had any response from either site I have no idea why they blocked me or why they have not paid what they owe me. Is there anyway I can get them to pay up?
