Betphoenix Casino- Do they pay ?

Just deposited to betphoenix without a bonus, Deposited via Neteller and then attempted to withdraw and a Red Box appeared stating that it is not a withdrawal option and to contact support by telephone

So I contacted Live Support and this is the conversation.

I haven't heard anything bad and I have played there. The only issue I have had is the low comp point values / accumulation rate, but I have not heard of anyone not getting paid. I've never cashed out. Also, there is a rep here named NicolasJohnson who is a nice guy and very helpful.

Thanks- I actually tried to find a Rep On here before I posted on the main forum but could not find Betphoenix on the "contact a reps" page. Thanks for the info - I will contact him via PM.

Took me 5 days to get my withdrawal to QT. Would have been about 8 but bugged them so bad I think they paid me earlier than they wanted.

Payout time is 5-7 days with a 5 day hold for cc deposits to clear. I deposited thru QT. They also don't process on weekends.

This was last week. Right now, they aren't top of my list.

Hi,

I have been playing with betphoenix for quite some time now and have found them to be a very good payer. Generally within a few days.

Also, they are affiliated with betphoenix sportsbook, which has an excellent reputation and has paid me in good order for many years.

Now, I am not saying they pay next day always, but I never have any worry when betphoenix owes me.

In my opinion, they are an outstanding casino.

They have paid me with usemywallet and moneygram/western union.

I don't know anything about their ability to pay with neteller.

roygen, do you not have a QuickTender account? (UseMyWallet) They are by invitation only, but certainly one of the casinos you belong to would set you up if you asked.

They have a guy named Dean who is really helpful and handles the payouts. I also think this is a top rate casino because they make every effort to pay and pay in a timely manner plus they are very friendly but not too much so that it is irritating. I like them a ton.
