This is a pretty unusual problem, since you should only NEED a Neteller account for both deposits & withdrawals. Neteller was set up specifically to deal with online money transfer between players and gambling portals, other methods are NOT tuned to these needs, and are not as good as Neteller can be when working properly.
Many alternative deposit methods do not themselves support withdrawals, since they are designed for purchasing goods and service, and one way flow of money between customer and merchant. Players have to find alternative methods to receive any winnings, and this can be troublesome.

you really should ask the casino to put in a request for a q t account. ive played at betphoenix and i really like them. i havent made a withdrawl yet. but then again i have only made a couple of deposits into the casino so far.
Whats up with the $20 fee for withdrawls?? That would indeed keep me from depositing there....
Hi,
We were conducting system maintenance when our Neteller payout method was re-set to the Sportsbook's standard.
You can now request neteller payouts from within the cashier and there is no fee. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,

I tried to request this withdrawal 2 days ago, I would appreciate it if this is taken into consideration with reference to your withdrawal time frames. Thanks.
I think it might be a good idea to inform your CS staff when any maintenance is being carried out, and just to let it be known - I was not impressed at all about how the CS rep or maybe his supervisor handled the situation.
