Sloto Cash have lowered the bet amounts

Have you noticed that Rival casino Slotocash has lowered the bets to 1 cent. The maximum bet is $2.00 on all their slots, What happened to the other bet amounts. What is the point of depositing at a casino with a max bet of $2.00 It was up to $50 a bet. This is ridiculous. What is happening at this place. I emailed them to ask, and have received no reply. Great customer service, I dont think. I have deposited thousands of dollars at this place, and now it seems pointless to even bother. I am disillusioned with online gaming, it has gone downhill in the last year and I don't think I will bother with it again. All the fun has gone with all the problems with customer support, trying to get paid, roguish behaviour It has become stressfull. Its time to give it away and find something else to do. Its a real shame that this is happening as it was enjoyable for a while. They love to take your money but give nothing in return.

I checked my betsize on video slots/islots now and at it's only on a couple of them that is lowered.

The high variance As The Reels Turn 3 can I still bet 37.50/spin and on Candy Cottage it's 20$/spin.

However, at Psychedelic Sixties it's 2$/spin.

However, the new slot All Aboard, has 10$/spin. It's strange.

About payment's I have to say that I make around 5 withdrawals/month from Sloto and I always receive my money within 3 h nowadays. The last withdrawal took 2 h and it was 3 days ago.

It seems like the only casinos that are affected are the independent ones.

I guess that the last update, which came yesterday together with All Aboard messed something up for the independent ones like Sloto'cash, Black Diamond and Box24.

This one isn't like that. The high varianced As The Reels Turn 3 can I still bet 37.50/spin on but the medium varianced Psychedelic Sixties is only 2$/spin.

And the fact that it's only the two independent ones affected after the update yesterday brings me to believe that the update was messed up.

And why should both Box24/Black Diamond and Sloto'cash be affected the very same day?

I have checked now. It's these four slots:

Psychedelic Sixties
Scary Rich
Scary Rich 2
Fixer Upper

They all have the funny expanding wilds in freespin mode.

They now have a betsize limit of 2$/spin on most Rival powered casinos.

However, some casinos have the limit set to 10$/spin. When I first looked into it I somehow tested a couple of casinos and it seemed like it was only the independent ones who had the lowest limit.

I just happened to test several of the ones with the higher limit first.

BTW, I did complaint already several times about the really bad support from Sloto Cash, also not getting response to e-mails, live chat not even work for me anymore , get a page not found message if I click it , not getting Sloto Tickets anymore - I always got them before....... seems you now decide to not give that much anymore? Since all Rival casinos lowered the betsize on these four slots we can surely see that this was a decision made by Rival.

And Rival don't often speak or comment things at all. Like many other software producers. Microgaming isn't speaking too much either.

I don't know if it's a secret. But a very nice guess is this:

Those four affected slots are 20 lines and have expanding wilds on the first three weels in freespin mode.

Many of the white label Rival casinos offer huge bonuses and players can "afford" to raise their betsize to levels thay can't do without bonuses.

And why do Rival think this is bad? They have pretty much lately guaranteed players they will step in and pay(and take over) if a white label goes bankrupt. (Rival is the only software producer who guarantees such thing)

This is probably not the case with Sloto'cash, Black Diamond and Box24. They are on their own.
But I think that Rival don't want to have huge differenties between "their own" casinos and the independent ones. Especially not things that will give advantages to others.

What I don't get is why some of the casinos have 10$/spin?

I have seen "live chat closed" some times lately at Sloto'cash and at other casinos. This is those hours there are almost no players at all.
I just thought it was because it's summer when they have less customers.

My promotions are also bad. I don't like 50% bonuses at all.
