What happened to Lucky Slots Casino?

I was playing at Lucky Slots Casino without any problems and was running pretty good so I have a pretty substantial amount of money in there. Suddenly some weeks ago I was not able to login to the software anymore. Support told me they were updating their servers and that they would be back up soon. Their website stated they would be back up in 24-48 hours. Nothing happened and now it's not even possible to access their website. They won't answer to emails either.

Anyone who knows anything about this matter? What do you think I should do?

From my understanding they are closed down! But on another forum at least one person posted that they got their money!

This is looking more and more like a case of them closing and "doing a runner". IF it REALLY was just a case of a technical issue, and a 48 hour outage, there would STILL BE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE to ensure players were taken care of through this situation, especially now that we have gone way past the 48 hour mark, and any information communicated then to players is now completely out of date.

It might be helpful to contact Bryan to see if he can find out anything from the software supplier, or even the hosting service for their website, to see what is REALLY going on.

If they were suffering an extended outage, they should have been in contact with players, asking them whether they were willing to wait, or wanted their balances back, and accounts cleared/closed.

See this is what really gets under my skin..

Where the hell is the software provider in all of this??

Isnt it high time the providers start stepping up to the plate and doing checks on these Assholes and upon allowing a licence to them they need to hold a retainer or something incase thing like this happen?

Hold a certain amount of funds incase they do a runner whcih may be the issue here.

How about having a support line for customers to go to when they have issues with a casino so they can keep an eye on them and if they seem to be doing the wrong thing they will pull the software from them.

It is so obvious the only thing they care about is the all mighty dollar, it's disgusting and pathetice..

I really hope some other software provder ( such as Galewind Softare) step up to the plate one day and be more supportive of the client instead of the licences they hand out.

Beleive me if a software provider gets the trust from clients then that can only be a popsitive and you will have your regular players.

im well and truly over the online gambling thing- the only place I would remotly play at is 32red and 3dice... Just not worth my money going to assholes anymore, I would rather burn my money.

The problem with RTG is that they allow rogues to operate and it SEEMS that once the rogues buy the software they can do as they want with it. I think RTG has some of the funnest slots out there. I only wish this provider had more integrity. Why not license the operators and when they mess up, deactivate them until they resolve it? Also, RTG should have a trust account where a portion of money is kept as insurance for when a casino goes defunct. I have never seen RTG step up and address a rogue casino or a player issue.

The only way any of this would ever happen is if we all got together and stopped playing at RTG and then when the money stops coming in they will surely notice then..

In another forum I belong to someone filed a complaint with CDS about Lucky Slots, and got a reply that they are no longer operating. I have also heard that some that have had withdrawals pending were paid, but I dont know if you just had money in your account balance what if anything could be done about that.

Agree regarding software providers who take these basket cases on, and with RTG it's difficult just getting them to respond so that the buggers can be pursued.

Lucky slots and Cuba Club both had the same problem at the same time, and are both now no longer available. It's been some time, so it appears that VWM is right and they have "done a runner".

We contacted these two casinos on several occasions, trying to find out what was happening whilst they were claiming they were changing servers... and were ignored.

There have been problems before with these people - see here:

There are two items of interest in the final link: 1) a player in that thread says he was paid and 2) AussieDave provided the possible affiliate contact david@luckyclickclub.com...it may serve as an initial point of approach.

David's not been with Lucky Click Club for a couple of months now. He left there back in the second week of Feb.
