After depositing and winning over $6000, in the middle of my play I was locked out of my account and they told me that my account was closed and deposit refunded because my play was fraudulent. There was nothing fraudulent about me playing at their casino. I registered, deposited, and played like any player does, I assume. They said that they have the right to close accounts and return deposits. But they only did it after they saw I was winning and took all my winnings. The casino confiscated winnings without even telling me except for a vague claim of fraudulent playing (what is that?) and now refuse to correspond. I contacted Hastings dispute system and they just said that the casino said my play was fraudulent which is just what the casino told me. Where can I get legal help for this?

Contact Maxd here and PAB...read the rules first before you PAB so that it won't get delayed. Good luck...we're hearing too many of these confiscate winnings stories. It truly is getting hazardous playing online.

Check out the accredited list of casinos on here to play at. At least if you have a problem you can be assured that these casinos will respond to Max.

To be fair to the OP this casino has always paid players albeit very slowly so he might not have thought that the casino would do this to him. Personally, I tend to believe they are leaning towards rogueness but up till now, there did not seem to be any issues on confiscation of winnings. Just PAB and see how it pans out.

No they are sisters to Cuba Club Casino!
I was waiting for my $457.50 winnings for about 20days:what: and I finally got them today, but they kept $7.50 with no explanation whatsoever. I sent an email and got nothing back. I am just gonna chalk it up since it if only $7.50. But if they will falter over $7.50 than they are definitely falling in to rogue category! And to be quite honest with you these online casinos are just getting to be so scamm-ish (is that a word):p They are popping up every other day...scary!

I knew Casino33 was all WRONG from the beginning, just felt wrong!

I know that they have done this multiple times. Locking out players in the middle of play and returned the deposit.

Have you played at Cuba Club in the past?

Unfortunately PAB is not an option here. The OP has already had a number of PABs against non-Accred casinos .. in other words we've already flexed the "One Shot Rule" for her a couple of times. At some point we've gotta say it: play at Accredited casinos or you're taking your own chances.

Oh that's right Duh is me..

The problems here are:

1. Op uses "bad" casinos even though he/she is familiar/knows about this site and the rogue/not recommended list. This casino isn`t listed at all and then you have you decide by yourself. There are plenty of good casinos that is not on the accredited list. For example: I trust Box24, Gold Vegas and Black Diamond.

2. A big affiliate site promotes several casinos with bad reputation and the easiest way is to install them all and use the free chips. The affiliate site is serious and have warnings about other rogue casinos as the Virtual group.
There is no warning signs at all about Lucky Slots there.

Solutions in this case are hard, but:

1. I know that there are other sites that claims that they are helpful in such cases but I don`t know where they are. Google it!

2. RTG has a central dispute central:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

3. Try to get help from the affiliate site you signed up from. If it is the site/forum I think it is you can make a post without beeing rude. You have to say that you need help.

CDS is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. (Read my thread here)

They are NOT an unbiased, independent 3rd-party, but a shill.

They will automatically side with the casino, INCLUDING THE VIRTUAL GROUP

@ Roanan

Yes, you are probably right but in this case the player has burnt the chances with a PAB and wants help.

All three things I mentioned are probably nothing worth, I haven`t heard of players that succeeded with those.

What can the player do?

Of course, he/she can do as the player at mayflower did. ;)

(He was mad at the casino and started websites such as mayflowercasino.org and told others to stay away from mayflower casino)

Hello, thanks for your advice. To answer a few questions.

1. I did not play at Cuba Club

2. I know it isn't accredited but I read a few decent posts about the group and I was lured in by their nice emails and bonus offers. I saw that they were linked with Bingoworkz which is licensed in the UK so I assumed they were legitimate. I wrote Bingoworkz but they simply told me to contact the casino.

3. Hastings has told me they are reviewing the dispute again so we will see what happens.

4. I understand that casinomeister does not want to waste his time dealing with these shady sites.

Has anyone tried seeking legal resolution to these type of things?

Thanks for the linkto Mayflower.org.

I wouldn't waste my time with legal action against a casino licensed where? Under who's jurisdiction? See what I mean?

Sorry. It sucks, I know.
