3 Dice Warning... Can you explain this?

I was just playing in a toury at 3D, and hit several times in Sicbo on # 4, which should pay 62/1. I bet $100 each time on 62. I was paid $700 total for the game. to win $700 on a 62/1 bet , you would have to bet $11.30. You can't do that!! See chat below!

@google.com: for one thing, it's not possible to win $700 on #4. you can't bet $11.30- if you multiply that by 62, that's what I would have to bet to win $700. you can't bet that!

Thanks KK, just about what i was going to say and also that Andrea is a very sweet person, tries to go the extra mile for players and.........she just wouldnt hang up on someone ,its not her style..............laurie

I took a screen shot, none of my chips showed up on it! as for patience, I really don't care, as this was just a tourny. BUT- this is just a warning to watch all of your game play there. If you were playing for real money, and this was the responce you got, I am quite sure that your comments would have been a little different! I mean, I'm only $5,500.00 short! Once again, this is just a friendly warning! Take it or leave it! Also, any rep that hangs up on a customer can't be that good!

Hi Emma, let me clearify a few things for you.

There is now way you could have made a $100 bet on a 4 total outcome.
The max for this bet is $25.

You can, however, place a $100 bet on 1 and 2, meaning you'll win $700 if you get those two numbers on the dice.

Take a look at the screenshot, the arrows will mark the bets you're obviously mixing up.

I could be mistaken cause sicbo is not my game but at 3D the max bet on that particular bet ( I am assuming you mean a total of 4 with the three die) is $25. My guess is you have made a mistake and should apologize to 3DICE and more specifically Andrea for being a jackass.

After looking at your screenshot, what I was thinking is correct. The bet you placed does not pay 62-1 it pays 6-1 so the payout was correct and you were wrong and made an idiot out of yourself for posting crap like this on a forum. I suggest you change the title or something for everyone's sake.

If I made a mistake, which I have before, I would expect a casino rep to be able to explain it to me! Is that not what they get paid to do? I am in no way as familiar with their games as they are. I assume that the reason why they have support is to assist customers with questions, so why would I appologize to someone who does not know what to tell a customer, or how to handle a situation? I simply am saying, that maybe people may want to check their bets, like at any other casino!
