I have been gambling online for the past 7 years and just recently had my worst experience ever.
about 2 months EL DORADO PALACE casino sent me $50 no deposit required. i played and actually won. i had $655, i withdrew $555 and decided to play the remaining $100. 3 days later i receive an e-mail from el dorado palace telling me i violated a rule. they have a rule that states IF YOU HAVE A PENDING TRANSACTION YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY ANY ADDITIONAL FUNDS YOU MIGHT HAVE. if this is not the dumbest rule you ever heard of. of course i was not awhere of this rule. not only did they not give me the money but they did not even put it back in my account ,they just took it
meanwhile i built that $100 upto $455 so i decided to take that out, problem was they would not let me withdraw that because they said since i violated there terms and conditions i would have to wager $5490 more in order to withdraw any money.at that point i wrote another casino scam forumn stating my case and seeing what could be done. basically critizing the rule of not playing with a pending withdrawal
anyways at this point i had no choice but to play, and i won again, this time i had wagered enough and built it upto $955( i kept doing the $55 because they charge $25 to withdraw it,then it goes to quicktender and they charge 4$30 more to withdraw it from them) that is a whole nother issue entirely.
i withdrew the money nov 28 over 4 weeks ago, after a week i e-mailed them and called them daily. the finnaly responded and told me i would not recieive the money until i removed the post i made and i had to apologize to them. the casino forumn administrator told me he would not remove it( not that i blame him) i tried to explain to el dorado palace that i could not remove it but would issue a follow-up post. they did not accept this,citing they did not beleive me
what can i do, and suggestions would help

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Eldorado Palace.
Casinomeister issued a warning against this casino Dec 1st.

I don't think theres much you can do about this whole issue.
On the bright side, at least you didn't deposit with these crooks

Meh, honestly how long do you think a casino with such silly T&C's stay around for, not long I bet.

Very unfortunate with whats happened with this one coltsorioles but a least take this home with you.

They owe you $500 odd dollars and in all honesty I dont think you will get it BUT you have made a lot of people aware of this outfit and what crappy terms they have and I assure you people wont touch them with a ten foot pole.

Going from there email they sent you they are reading these threads so there is some concern on there part.

just to give you an update. for the past 3 weeks they do not answer the phone when i call, they do not respond to any e-mails, live chat cant help me. if you go thier website and click on winners its more of a joke, people winning $100,000 + on slots, then they have 1 guy winning like $85,321.07 on blackjack. i did not know it was possible to win 7 cents on blackjack. they always offer like 350% bonus or more. and the bonus terms are ridiculous

i sent a thread on this casino not to long ago also, i received the 50.00 made playthrough but i know i won't receive my winnings!!!!! they make up an excuse everytime i get ahold of them, first my playthrough was 600.00 and i was told i made that and could cash out. Several days later they told me i hadn't met playthrough that it was 1200.00, so i reversed it and made playthrough, then they tell me that i can't have a cashout because i played on another bonus with them years ago. I allready know that i won't get my withdrawal, thank god i didn't deposit with them

Well, I'm starting to think that the money I won at eldorado is all just so much "play money" . For Christmas they had a 250 ND bonus, so like any self-respecting, degenerate gambler, I signed up !! This was between Christmas & new year & over the next couple days I was able to meet the wagering requirement with bets totaling $15,079.59. My balance was just over $500 at this point so I put in a withdrawal request for $100. I heard nothing from them for a couple days, so I emailed support. They emailed back about 30 minutes later saying I had only wagered $11,388. Now the strange thing is that you can login & check your game history, which I did, & I double checked all ny totals. I emailed back to support & asked for details as to where there might be an error in my games history as the total I had come up with didn't match the $11,388 they quoted...........no response as yet, but hey, it's only been 4 days !!! Anyway I reversed the withdrawal request & wagered another $6000 + at which time my balance had increased to a tad over $900. I again requested a withdrawal, & still haven't heard a peep out of eldorado except when I spoke to live support for a moment yesterday. Now here is where it's no longer funny.........it's absolutely #^%$in" hysterical !!! I asked if playing in the freeroll poker tournies violated their T&C's while I had a cash-out pending. I was "advised" not to play !!!!! So......should I again reverse my pending cash-out & play this goofy site just for grins when I'm bored or keep trying to get the money I won?

oh is THAT what I did wrong ???

seriously though, I actually liked the software (other than the limited selection of slots) you can log in once & switch back & forth from poker to the rest of the casino games, like in a B&M casino where you go in the front door & you can choose to go to the poker room or the keno lounge, slots etc. & you can play several slots at the same time, as they each open up in a seperate window & you load each one with as much money as you want.Kinda like going to a B&M casino & playing a couple machines next to each other. I generally had 4 to 6 running at the same time.
I guess my first clue should have been the fact that they display in the main lobby the number of players currently online ! & at the moment they're showing 135 !!! yes....you read that correctly ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE !!! They were giving away $250 free chips a week & a half ago & they have 135 players on line !!! the highest I've seen was a little over 200 & I've seen as low as around 40. Now I guess if you were some geek running an online casino from your basement while you sit at your desk in your boxers, you could conceiveably make money off of a hundred players.........

Now that wierd clause about not wagering while you have a pending cash-out IS in the T&C's, as strange as that seems, you'd think they's ENCOURAGE you to keep playing on what you have left , but I thought that being advised not to play the poker freerolls while waiting for a withdrawal was ludicrous!
