Silver Oak Casino - SCAM & TROJAN

    Hi Guyz!

My name is Leon … Greetings from tropical Darwin (Au).

I add my experiences with Silver Oak Casino to those who go before…

BUT specifically to those who may yet fall into a trap!

I am NOT “having a go” at this mob… simply telling the truth with backup!

Read on, and commit to memory, if you ever consider accessing Silver Oak
    Casino.

    Regards
    Leon

    ps.
I am also known by my general id: cogitoergosumleo -

    Translation: I think therefore I am Leo(n).

This may be a verbose report, however the picture is complete & I make no
    apologies!

PLUS copies of authorization duly signed
PLUS copies of front and back of visa card.

    WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED …

    A PINT OF MY BLOOD?…

    WHICH CAN BE ARRANGED!!!

    Please respond immediately…
3 of your staff already have all the info.

No blood necessary, just a DNA sample, just kidding.

I know sometimes it seems that we put players thru hoops
but the processors require us to have full information on the customers.

The only thing missing is Authorization form & CC Copies:Visa#,
if you no longer have this visa just send the forms and put a note saying
you no longer use this card.

Remember once you do this its over,
you dont have to do this for every deposit or payout, just update with any
    new cards in the future.

Im glad you feel better about the casino but we did miss one thing, we still
    need that document.

All you have to do is fill out the attached auth form and put a hand written
    note on the top.
I no longer have this visa.
All the other documents are on file and have been since the first time you
    sent them.

    G’day Mike!

It’s comforting to receive a humorous response from a “real” person.

You have rekindled my interest in SilverOak at a time when I was considering
to “cut my losses” & exit!

I attach a copy of the authorization form.
I also wish to inform you that I no longer use the card Visa#.

I used the visa card Visa# because it was the only one with a credit balance
I will now use Visa# in the name of me.
copies of front & back attached.
I will, in future, use this visa card for deposits/withdrawals.

Please advise how I can update this on your records.

Many thanks & kind regards from tropical Darwin!

Leon Ergosum to SilverOak Dec 16

    G’day Mike!

I note that my withdrawal (of $250.00) now shows PENDING…

There should now be NO FURTHER DELAYS!

Please adivise WHEN you will be processing my withdrawal…
& when should I expect to receive it in my bank?

This has been an “over the top” excercise for me…

I sincerely hope that I will NOT be put through these hoops again?

I now respectfully request my money as soon as possible!

    Regards,
    Leon
    ps.
Please also explain why my anti virus program identifies Silver Oak
    (casino.gen) in smartdownload.exe as a virus.

    Is this a false positive?

    Dear Customer,

This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino.
Rtg has been in contact with the major antivirus companies.

It should be fixed with the next update,

the problem is our antifraud features capture you ip and computer and tag it
    with a number,
some antiviruses see this as intrusive.

Also they redeposited your deposit into the account,

when you mix winnings from a free chip which has a max cashout
and a deposit with bonus that does not
this will voide the winnings on all of it, (my highlighting!)

They have replaced the depoist and bonus in the account.

Please contact if you have any doubts.

    Sincerely,

    Mike K

    ==================================

    TODAY: Dec 21

Like a fool I signed in to Silveroak and noted that instead of 251.03 my
    balance now was 60.00.

That’s where I decided to cut my losses.

Essentially they had restored my original deposit (30) + Bonus (30) = 60.
I recklessly spent the balance determined never to return (+ cut my losses!).

However the infidels did not let me go that easily!

My virus program detected a trojan as I was uninstalling the program!

I foolishly turned off my vius program to uninstall the casino.

All hell, bells & whistles happened when I uninstalled the program.

After some time running cleaners etc ... currently I am ok.

    Lessons learned!!!

I will be posting this in as many blogs/sites/groups & toilets…

I own an adult group which may be a good start.

I do this in a serious attempt to save some poor soul from being ripped off!

PLEASE ADVISE ME OF ANY RELIABLE SITES THAT MAY BE INTERESTED , BAR YOURS OF COURSE!

Thanks for sharing. Although a bit lengthy, a very factual post with none of the hissing and pissing and would be very informative to those in the dark. Welcome to the forum by the way.

Hiya Leon! I enjoyed your sense of humor in the above post. Just a heads up about playing at any casino. Do a google search of unknown casinos before you give out your data and before you deposit. In this instance Google would have led you here and you would have found out that Silver Oak is a rebranded casino now operated by the rogue of all rogues.

Be aware, play safe! ............... and welcome to the forum

    G'day Leon,

First of all hope the cyclone isnt bothering you N.T people to much we are getting some of the rain in Alice Springs so it must be pissing down there.

Sorry to hear of your experience with this rogue group and close to xmas to boot.
Pease access the rogue section (http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/index.php) and read over the casinos not to join first, then head over to the "spot a rogue" section so you get a good eye for the bad casino's.

It would be good for you to stick around as well you seem a decent person and you will learn a lot here.

So why the hell they said that in the first place instead of giving you the run around with your documents. "Well he got his documents in order let's get him for something else". This is the stuff that pisses me off with these rogue casinos. Please pretty please do not give these crooks any more money. Please when you do you are making it easy for them to steal money from you with this bull-crap story they gave you.
Give a fool his space....don't want to get caught up in their drama

Yep, had my round with Silver Oak too. Only I didn't deposit, won on a free chip. After much ado and fanfare, LOL, they paid me. Took my money and ran like a deer.

They are part of Virtual and as rogue as rogue can be. Stay away, Stay far away.
