This is by far the worst run casino ive ever seen. First the tell me in the chat when depositing that it is 20x wagering cashout restrictions. that sounded good so i deposit. i deposit $200 it was my 3rd deposit so i got $150 bonus so $350*20=$7000 cashout requirerment. i run that up to a little over $1200 and decide to cashout $600, there is nowhere on the site to check how much i wagered so i proceed to cashout i get a message saying they were taking money out of my account to fullfil my cashout requirerments it was roughy $200.

2 days later i get an email from them saying i cannot cashout until i wager another $9000 WTF? Why was money taken out of my account? Why was i able to even request a cashout? So i take the $600 and manage to clear the $9000 requirment. i had to sent many emails to try and check if i had cleared yet. I was told they could not check what ive wagered (even though the were able to when they didnt let me cashout) finally i got the email saying i cleared it.

So then i try to cashout again via moneybookers the same way i deposited then they tell me its a 4 business day wait to have my withdraw approved then 1-2 days after that to get it into my moneybookers account.WTF? This is set up so people will not ever withdraw they go busto then cancel pending withdraws to keep playing.Im pretty sure this goes against responsible gamiong regulations.

I also asked about their "VIP program" for as ive wagered over 20k there in 3 days i should quilify for something.I get the response that if i deposit $300 more cancel my pending withdraws that i would get in and i would be surprised how fast cashout go through once im a "VIP PLAYER". Again there is no way on the casino or website to check my status or see what VIP PLAYER levels get you or what level you are at.

Ill be surprised if i get my money from this casino. Please stay as far away from this casino as possible.

Well, I would suggest you to be more patient, and anyway if you didn't do anything that is against the bonus rules, you will get your money. I like Europa Casino, and once I cashed out 600 from there and received it.

Anyway, if you go to the Comp Points section in the cashier, you can track your wagering status. See how much points equals 1 credit wagered. Then you can calculate your overall wager. Anyway if you are unsure, ask the live chat, they will send you a message in a few hours about your wagering status.

Maybe you had to wager 9000 because you live in a country where restrictions applies.

I really would like to know why so many online casinos are willing to give a player VIP status so easily. I thought you had to prove loyalty? Since this player just made 3 deposits and cashed out, this site is willing to give him VIP status if he makes one more deposit and reverses his $400.00 cash out.

The 20k he was able to gamble with 3 deposits shouldn't have anything to do with VIP status. Seems like being rated a VIP today don't mean crap. Maybe it's just the way online casinos use to identify a sucker easier.

One of the casino's I played at for years that left the US market had different levels of VIP status that started after deposits of 10k, 25k, 50k. and maxed at 200k.

Anyhow, this site sounds pretty much like 95% of whats available online these days. Five out of a hundred that are fair sounds about right.

As far as commenting on op thread, I don't know the casino or the player since it's his first post. But out of the gate it just sounds like the typical shit holes we're being offered in this extremely low-end, high risk, third world online casino market.

4 day wait period is standard for most Playtech casinos.

yeah they now want me to send in my id and utility bills to prove my idenity.wat a fkn joke its funny how i didnt have to provide these documents upon me depositing. im not sending any personal documents to a casino for a $400 withdrew, i dont trust this casino why would i trust that they wont use my personal info in ways i dont want it used.

Ive cashed out of 12 casinos/poker rooms and ive never had to send in any of these documents.im cashing out via same payment processer that i deposited so there is no security issue.i only have 1 account here there is no other account created on my computer to this casino.

This is set up so problem gambler will not take their money off this site,they will just cancel withdraws to keep playing once they go busto. this casino in no way complys with resposible gaming and id recommend that people stay as far away from them as possible.

I can just laugh at you. You are not patient by far. I like Europa casino, and they didn't request my ID when I withdrew. How did you deposit, by credit card? Anyway at Playtech it is general to request ID from players, so for this reason Europa cannot be claimed rouge. You should simply be patient. Anyway just go to other places, they will pull you off much more than Europa. If many other casinos were only just as good as Europa, the full gambling scene would be better...

why should i be patient? i deposited through moneybookers, how is it that all the other sites ive withdrew from my funds go through within hours?. they had no problem taking my money out of moneybookers immeditly, but when i cashout its a 4 day wait then i have to provide documents to get my money off this is simply unacceptable.

anyways im not getting my money off this site. ill stick to playing poker and to more established casino who operate under fair gaming policys and have no problem when its time to cashout.

I triedn many casinos, but hardly got my payment in hours. The fastest was Sunset Casino, Tower Gaming, Sportingbet and Breakaway Casino with 1 day. But no other like that.

4 day is standard at Playtech and at most of them ID verification is needed.

This is somthing that should be told to players before depositing.If they intend on having ID verification this should also be done before deposits are accepted. These standards are unacceptable and players shouldn't put up with it.

It is just your opinion and nothing more. I ask: 'Why?' Where is it written that they should ask before that? In the Bible? No, so where then? Read the full terms before you deposit again at another place and you won't be disappointed.
