This is incredible.
When I was reading through the first post, I entirely assumed they had got confused with 1000 coins and £1000 -- easily done especially at Wagerworks if you're not slot proficient. The fact it was a 'malfunction' of some sort and the cash was paid out is amazing. Please do keep us up to date and if there are any software/casino reps around - I'd be intrigued to hear their take. |

You know what I think? I know the opposite is the case in most T&C's, but I think a computer error should be the casino's responsibility and for its own account. If I read this, and the other story about a 10,000 win and subsequent removal because of a computer error... terrible! Where is the player's protection? He/she should be able to rely completely on the reliability of the software. Am I the only one who thinks this?
Imagine, you win a big jackpot... after which you are being told that it was a computer error?? I think that this is unacceptable! |

IMO the player in this kind of scenario should be entitled to some sort of compensation. Especially as in this case where the guys spending hours of his own valuable time playing. (and all for nothing)
All this does is totally undermine confidence in the player, say the player goes on another good run, it would always be at the back of his mind that theres a software glitch. Emailing the player and using language such as investigations is well out of order, this just makes the player sit and worry as if hes a criminal whose been caught out. Obviously they need to investigate any problems on the software, but give the player some credit, try and be at the very least diplomatic. Mike |
