Am I Right? - Read this thread BigBet Poker

    Guys - I'm sorry - am I right - or am I wrong?

Take a look at this thread:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ay-me-out.html

I think that part of the problem today with bonuses are because of people like this...

Maybe I'm wrong for thinking so - but if you EXPECT Honesty from a casino - shouldn't you be the FIRST to provide it?

I meant this thread as a way to discuss abuse of bonuses and the fact that while we all are demanding the casinos treat players with ethical treatment - there are still players who refuse to identify with ethics when it comes to their playing.

    Complete agreement

There is a certain irony to players demanding fair treatment from their sites and then behaving in completely the opposite manner.

As with all cases though, it's the minority of players and site who bring these issues to a head.

Using this case as an example, if the player in question had contacted us and said "Guys, I keep getting bonuses when I log in" I would have been alerted to the problem, been able to rectify it and probably given the player the bonuses in his account as a gesture of goodwill for informing us of the problem.

Sites will always have things going wrong from time to time irrespective of how much time is put into testing. No matter what we test in-house, it's only when subjected to the massive number of variables possibly by being live that certain scenarios are possible to occur.

As a site, we're no different to players in that we hate being scammed (admittedly and unfortunately it's normally the other way around) but we also have a great deal of regard and appreciation for players who take the time to let us know about issues.

You're far more likely to get a good response from a site by reporting a bug than abusing it.

    Cheers,
    John
