Pathetic: fax back documents. etc

i recently joined lucky red
upon joining i got a phone call where i had to repeat my deposit , my address etc before playing ,which by me is fine and told i would need to send in id before a withdrawl this is fine
after sending my id in , i was emailed straight away cause i was short a utility bill ... and told ... i would not be able to deposit other than moneybookers or withdraw untill i had this final document ...this to me was great , i knew where i stood , everything was up front .... great kudos to them !

when you make 5 deposits play for 3 weeks , go to withdraw and they delay you for 5 days asking for id , this does either ,.... makeyou feel like crap , make you think they are ripping you off , or make you wanna bet triple to win 10 grand and stick it up them , and you end up losing the lot ( their goal )


if ... a casino can let you deposit with a credit card or any method and let u play without checking your id or worrying about fraud ... they should offer you the same service when withdrawing
i would prefer a casino to ask you for everything up front so there is no excuses afterwards .
