I don't want to seem like a big moaning blob but I have played pyramids of cash at bingocabin.com for 2 years now and had a sizeable win in 2008. In 2009 things are different however. The games are definitely 'not' random in my view and go for days on end with little or no payout. I have logged symbols over periods of time and there are definite losing repeating combinations of symbols. So if they repeat how can the combinations be randomly generated? It has long low payouts with tantalising combinations to make you spin "just once more" as a "nearly". Then for 2-3 minutes every month or longer it goes mad paying anything between 2 - 7,000 dollars.

Their response to me:

The testing by Itechlabs, tests the payout ratios are as stated and that the Random Number Generator is indeed random. Obviously the payout ratio is an overall number over time and millions of games etc. we often check our payouts over a 3-6 month period and you would be amazed at how accurately they tend to the correct %. If one looks at it over a short period is can be way over or under but it always pulls back into line over time, sometimes this means lots of winning or lots of losing over shorter periods but we cant control this.

Nothing has changed with the code, once a game has been integrated into the system after testing etc the code for that game that controls the payouts is never changed, the only updates are graphics and also changes to min or max coin sizes but this does not change the payout ratio as this is a % not a definite number.

We reset our servers every Friday simply as the logs generated every week are extensive as we have a log for every game played, so rather than having things slow down over time we backup the files and reboot the servers before the weekend while tech is still onsite if there are any problems with the reboot, nothing sinister

What can i do if anything at all? I'm not a bad loser and don't mind losing if it is fair but it does not seem to be.
