I made a small deposit Thursday and managed to make playthrough and a withdrawal. Made the withdrawal about 4:30a.m.CST. I asked CS to flush it and was told that they would have to email cashier but it would take 48 hrs. I emailed Tom thru here and also sent email to Michael - cashier. As of this moment, I have heard nothing from either one of them. Nor did my withdrawal get flushed. Consequently since that was the sum total of my gambling budget for the weekend, I reversed it and wonder of wonders, finally lost it last night. I know it was my fault I lost it because I reversed but when that's all you got to play with, you know how it is.

I have never had to wait longer than a few hours for payment from Club World and have certainly never been brushed off like I have this time. I was told yesterday by chat that they were so extremely busy that I would be paid when they got to it. Now I don't know where CW is located but I thought that Friday was a work day for them and I certainly asked for a withdrawal in time for it to be processed. I would still be waiting because I would not have been paid until Monday.

In my opinion, CW needs to get their business in order and get back to the way they used to be before Rushmore, Cherry Red and Slots Oasis take their business because they are too extremely busy to even answer emails or process withdrawals.

In this market now, if a casino does not offer the service that their competitors do, they are almost certain to lost customers all other things being the same.

I know its a holiday weekend. And most are on short staff for good friday and easter sunday but i must say i had cashouts in 5 mg casinos and within 25 hours paid up. So if they can do that after that 24 hour reversal wait i think rtg should be able to also. Im also having problems with cw i use to get invites all the time then their emails stopped so i had asked why they said i sent a private email asking them to do this. I know for a fact that i did not as im not one for bonuses but with cw most times i take it as my funds just fly out the door with their slots.

I don't know what I was thinking taking that 500 bonus from Aladdins Gold and hitting a random jackpot of 5K and not being able to cash out because it had a 26k playthrough. Nope I am going back to the Rushmore Group and I am canceling my accounts with Club World And Aladdins.

Now this is an interesting one. Should a JP win be tied to the original WRs?

It shouldn't but it was..

I never heard it should not, would be interesting to know... I had to finish play-thru when i hit random and lost a chunk of it. I still did not get money btw.... That's really sucks...

Good Friday. Unfortunately, it appears you've been caught out by a holiday weekend...

I do think, however, that you really can't blame them for that. If you were going to play anyhow you could easily have lost it somewhere else as well.

Waht was I thinking?

Girl, I was really rooting for you after seeing your screenie. I know what you were thinking, the same thing I was when I did the CW challenge. Lots to play with, and maybe just maybe You will get through the crazy WRs. No Dice, its kinda crazy, I always get sorta close to meeting, then things go down from there. I should have just took my 150 and gotten a 150% at Rushmore GRP. Its still on WR of 20. Good Luck

I feel for you Annie, this is EXACTLY why I stopped playing at CW. It's too hit and miss with them as to whether or not you get paid over a weekend. As it's most times a Thursday or Friday when I play, I end up being in the same boat as you...whatever gambling funds I have/had end up being tied up. When you're on a limited gambling budget, it's those little cashouts that soemtimes keep you going, or give you a bit more playtime, an extra deposit, whatever.

Good Friday. Unfortunately, it appears you've been caught out by a holiday weekend...

I do think, however, that you really can't blame them for that. If you were going to play anyhow you could easily have lost it somewhere else as well.

Most times I agree with you Spear...but gonna have to disagree on this one. Yes, it's a holiday weekend...but as Annie and others said, when the competitors can get it done, I think it's time for them to step up their game a bit if they wanna compete. It certainly doesn't mean they're a bad casino or anything of the sort, but given the amount of time this industry has been around, there's no excuse to not have someone there seven days a week doing withdrawals, holiday or not.

In the end, it's a choice where people spend their money, and speaking for myself, I'm gonna play everytime at a place where I have my cashout either instantly or UNDER 24 hours every single time. I can't wait for the days when this becomes the norm rather than the exception.

And XOXO still doesn't have her money from RJ win? I know it's not Club World, it's a Mainstreet Group casino.....but 12 days and counting is entirely unacceptable. In CW's case, I personally think three days is unacceptable...but that's me. :)

Your issue triggered a memory in which I ran into the same situation - over a year ago, in December 2007.

I asked via live chat for my withdrawal to be flushed, but yet that never happened. So I emailed them to get it flushed. Big surprise, my request was ignored.

I emailed them to close my account after I also reversed it, but instead of closing my account, they gave me a free bonus, so I kept it open.

I was going to deposit at CW last weekend and give them another chance, but instead, I put my money into GoWild and won $5K....lol...Their loss. :)

I seriously doubt I'll be playing at CW in the near future. They need to get their act together, first.

As far as the "easter weekend" screwing things up, that's a bunch of hogwash. If they can accept deposits and wagers during this whole time, then they should have a full support staff available that has access to flush withdrawals and all that good stuff. If they can't run anything but a skeleton crew, then shut down for the holiday!

I fully agree with this, though it is understandable that some places don't process on weekends or holidays as well. If B&M casino cashier cages can remain open 24/7... if online casinos allow play 24/7, then at the very least withdrawals should be processed daily if a casino really wants to keep their customers happy.

I was more concerned that the OP essentially put the blame on CW because she reversed the withdrawal herself - knowing that she wanted to play some more over the weekend. I don't think this is fair and that was the point I was trying to make.

on XOXOXO's random I believe it was her 1st time playing plus it was on a bonus so as far as i recollect no RJ on a bonus

Bonus

I'm not sure if it is correct that you can't collect a RJ on bonus. My first time playing at a Mianstreet Casino a couple of years ago yeilded me a random on a free 25.00 chip. I didn't deposit at all, it just had 40 WR. Didn't get paid for like 30 days though, that sucked, but got paid.

Actually, Spearmaster, I didn't blame CW for me losing it. I said in my original post that I didn't blame them because I reversed it myself.

My gripe was the way they treated my request. I wasn't told that it was Easter weekend and they were short staffed. I was told they were extremely busy and would get to it when they could. I would have redeposited at CW and probably lost it anyway but I would have taken the bonuses they had offered me.

I still think they need to open their eyes and get on board with the rest of the casinos, Rushmore, Slotocash etc, that pay in 24 hrs or less or even MG's that at least pay within 48 hr no matter what. Or at least have the courtesy to answer an email.

CW's T&C's 16. The first three deposit bonuses claimed at Club World Casinos are subject to a maximum cash out restriction of $//2,000.

17. The maximum cashout on all non-deposit bonuses is 10x the bonus amount.

I shouldn't have mentioned XOXO's RJ win in this thread, as it seems to have confused things. She didn't win it at either Club World, or Palace of Chance. She won it at One Club, a Mainstreet Vegas casino. So neither of the above two applies. I'm not familiar with Mainstreet and their bonus terms, but I don't think that they have a max cashout restriction on their first deposit bonus. Club World does have such restrictions on certain bonuses (according to Silc's post), and POC is an entity unto itself. They denied Mystic's win due to the lifetime bonus rule, from what I remember.

I see no reason XO shouldn't be paid...I was simply pointing out the fact that 12 days and counting is way too long to wait....especially for an accredited casino group.

Mine was Vegas, now after reading that thread I feel fortunate to have been paid. I remember they had just converted to rtg, or something like that and the terms said 40 WR no max cashout. I still didn't think they would pay, but they did. I'm sure they changed the terms since then.

Fair enough. I do believe that a casino should at least be able to keep their customers informed... I am sure they will be in to address this issue soon.

Hi Annie,

Please dont think that we are brushing you off. As you know both Friday and Monday were public holidays this weekend and so staffing levels were lower than usual - but we always ensure coverage in the cashier department.

Staff were available on both these days and they processed payments as normal, however as your withdrawal was only pending for a little over 3 hours I am afraid we did not catch it in time.

As you say, you do not normally have to wait more than a few hours before you receive your winnings which is the standard we aim to achieve for all our players.

Kind Regards
Tom

Tom, I am not going to beleagure the point but here is the original email I received when I made my withdrawal. Notice the time. I immediately emailed back and asked for it to be flushed and processed. This was after I had asked CS to flush and was told they would email the cashier. I went to Dallas, TX for the weekend and didn't open my account up again until that evening. That's when I reversed it. But only after I spoke with Live Chat and was told that everyone was busy and it would be taken care of when they could get to it. I explained to you in my reply to your PM why I reversed. I also wanted to redeposit to take advantage of the Easter bonuses.

I was not told that CW would not be processing withdrawals because of Easter or that today is a bank holiday for you and you're not processing today either.

I am sorry you think I am being unfair and maybe I am. I have received great service in the past and just expected it to continue. Club World is a good casino and I will just leave it at that.
