Examining play with a third-party consultant? Strange, i would have thought they had already done this if they accuseed you of bot play.

This talk of bot play is ridiculous. I think its high time to get a consensus in the industry as to what the casinos feel they are disadvantaged by and hence they can confiscate winnings. Definitely, fraud involving multiple accounts is one of them. However, what has bot play to do with advantage play other than saying that this is disallowed in the Ts and Cs. I might as well state that clicking with your right hand is disallowed and hence your winnings are void. With due respect, the fact that we sometimes tend to agree with whatever is placed in the Ts and Cs gives the casinos ammunition to rob players of legitimate winnings. Remember we had an argument on use of 'autoplay'. What advantage is gained for a player who uses this function. Absolutely nothing. Furthermore, if a player had wrist problems, then autoplay actually enhances his ability to continue playing otherwise, his sessions will be short.

For a start, I tend to think that bot play, autoplay and 'bonus abuse' cannot be accepted as reasons to void winnings even though this is stated in the Ts and Cs. The industry must not give the rogues a 'helping hand' by saying 'sorry but you broke the Ts and Cs' so nothing much can be done.

I think any casino that comes up with an excuse of bot play. terms and conditions or not (personally I think its only there so that they can use it against you, not to pay) should be thrown out into the black hole.

Bot play is a complete crazy excuse, and its becoming more mainstream excuse now.

Since Casino-Club have come up with this excuse, and (without pointing fingers) they were partially accepted, as a reasonable excuse, the door has been opened for any casino to come up with an excuse like this, and its extremely hard to tell.

This has to be stopped, before we get into a big muddle. Terms have to be clear cut, and an outragous excuse like this, is not called for. just like the term "at the casino's discretion all winnings will be voided" is considered as ambiguous and unfair, any "bot play" term is within the same catagory, as firstly its very difficult to proove, and besides its running on the same line as the earlier mentioned term.

I dont use a bot, as mentioned in other posts of mine, so I have no reason to say ban it, I just think this is ridiculous.

Wouldn't it be a safe bet to edit the title of this thread and put Avoid or current complaint regarding Heroes Casino instead of saying fair blackjack. I would hate to read about other guest or members scammed from this thread.

I have the impression that these guys are waiting to see if the loss by paying westland bowl would exceed the losses caused by bad reputation after not paying. "Bot-play" is obviously only a lame excuse.

Any news from heroes Westland? If they are taking an awfully long time to pay you anything , then I have doubts they intend to pay you at all.

I've heard they are near completion of the audits of my wager history but things were definitely slowed by the holidays. I just have to see what next week brings.

I would have no fingernails left cartons and cartons of smokes gone and develped a drug problem...

Well, Same Old, I do try but with so much holiday time off, I get bored and end up playing on Heroes. Don't worry, I didn't lose any money.

It might have been better if you said you didn't lose much money. I do hope that you played something other than Blackjack.

Things do take longer over a holiday season, I'm still waiting for a resolution of a problem that happened Christmas day.

Time for an update please Westland bowl. Frankly, I think it is time for payment, but I do understand that if your email address was junking their mail that may have raised a red flag.

How many hours did you play to acheive this win? Certainly a third party consultant could have reviewed it by now.
