    Straying from the theme a little, playing a bot when a bonus is involved should also be irrelevant, as perfect play does not eradicate the house edge. The casino devises their own bonuses. If they do not account for the possibility that a player (or bot) may play perfect basic strategy BJ then they have only themselves to blame for any losses.

    The email address I provided Heroes was set up to automatically delete any email my email provider's filter considered spam. I changed the set up in that email to accept spam but put in a separate spam folder for my review. Apparently, Heroes DID try to contact me but I didn't know that the email address was deleting their email without my knowledge. So all the drama from this past week could have been avoided had I known that. Sigh. So me and Heroes are communicating right now.
