Withdrawal question for dummies (me being the dummy)

I recently placed a withdrawal request for VIPlounge casino (yes, I know it is on the rogue list). I had requested my withdrawal via my usemywallet account. I received an email from them stating my withdrawal request had been received and I would be getting my winnings via overnight express. I had previously used Netteller before that option was taken away, then Click2pay. I have received winnings via wire transfer and money gram. On several occasions I've had winnings posted to my usemywallet account.
My question...Are all RTG casinos now using overnight express to pay withdrawals? And how does this option work?

Not that I know of. The last withdrawal I had at CW, several weeks/months ago, went to UsemyWallet with no trouble.

Sending courier seems to be the new stalling tactic of the day for rogue casinos. Hope you get your money.
