Angry Belle Rock Casinos and Zip Pay

I use Lucky Nugget casino, Belle Rock entertainment. I received a check for 300.00 from Zip pay and it bounced. Its been a week and still haven't been re-issued a new check. They are investigating they say. I know if they were the ones receiving a bounced check there would be hell to pay. I sent them a copy of the returned check and the bank statement that came with it. I got a reply asking if I could send more information from my bank statement. I'm not sure what they want. I already sent enough as far as I am concerned. I am waiting for another reply. Friends of mine also received bad checks. I am done gambling on line until this is resolved. Belle Rock and Lucky Nugget have really let the customers down. This should be resolved as I know they are aware of the problem. Anybody that received bad checks,,, Did any of you get your money ???? BEWARE

Funny I just got a rather large check from BelleRock and it went through just fine, with no problems at all.

You know it may very well be your bank that is blocking the transaction from completing... I know BelleRock has the money.

Some US Banks are starting to enforce the UGIEA.... Even though there is no legal definition in the US as to what "Illegal gambling" is.

So don't get mad at the casino and talk bad about them... until you know for sure who is at fault. Because maybe you should be getting angry at your Bank and your government instead...

It appears to be yet another case of a processor that has jumped ship and the casinos don't say so much as 'boo turkey' to the players.

If, however, it IS a case of the banks implementing the UIGEA then they are lying when they say the checks 'bounce' or are 'NSF' or 'stamped closed account' and should be truthful with their customers and tell them their payment was blocked.

Other players (and casinos) are affected. I feel we'll be hearing even more complaints as these are 'big' MG groups...

    Zip Payments

I too was issued a bad check, which came back to me as ACCOUNT CLOSED. The US government is not directly involved in this particular situation. It is a problem with the processor. My check was issued through King Neptune's Casino. They have responded with apologies for the problem and assurances that the situation has been corrected. They also advised me that the check had been reissued, however, they have not responded to the bank charges the problem generated. At this point in time, I have not lost my cool with them because I feel I have received reasonable response to an out-of-the-ordinary problem. Processing charges and withdrawals for Americans is not simple to accomodate. The only specific complaint that I have is that I know the casino was aware of the problem twelve days before I was advised by the bank. I would not have suffered the charges to my account if the casino had warned me what had happened. So I want the bank charges addressed and must assume that they will be, judging by their behavior so far. No point is getting in a high state of "pisstivity" until I have to..there is always time for that when it happens.

Processing American banking is not going to get easier until the government comes to the most logical and beneficial conclusion. GET ABOARD! Stop stepping over millions to save pennies! Stop wasting time and resources creating yet another elite regulatory department (society) of government that will become another permanent debt! THINK COST! Dumb asses...

I keep in mind that this industry is not yet properly regulated and they get away with a lot of cheating, lieing and foundational capital requirements-it is the nature of the beast, so to speak. Great efforts and genuine progress has been made in this arena. Unfortunately, considering the saturation level of online gambling, their are more that prefer to be hoods of the moment, rather than build an everlasting respectable industry. They should work toward the day that this industry will have to compete in an internationally accepted fashion. The writing is on the wall...

Belle Rock Casinos and Zip Pay Part 2

I listed a warning before about Zip Pay checks bouncing from Bellerock casinos. Still not sure what happened with Zip pay. Bellerock did finally pay me my money in the form of a wire transfer. Bellerock did reply to all my emails but the whole process seemed to take a while. Wire transfers never would work before but I did get my money,, So I am giving Bellerock casinos a second chance, I like the software. Just thought I should up date in case some of you are still waiting,,, there is hope!!
