Damn it- I knew this Casino sucked the last time I won. It took a month. And here we go again- no returned emails, promises for the last 2 weeks that they would pay, and it just keeps going, with no pay. I cashed in 1000, of course they say I only get 800 because of the bonus (which ironically was called no max, no playthrough). But they keep saying their processor is slow, and they will get to me in a few days (every few days). I told them that people would stop playing there, and they said they had thousands of players and didn't care if I wasn't there anymore-- great cusomer service. I am afraid there won't be much sympathy from the members here re rogue casinos (Coolcat is part of the Virtual Casino group). They really don't care what we think as long as their bonuses bring in more suckers for the fleecing. That said, the folks that do get paid do so by being really diligent with daily phone calls to them. Take the advice or leave it, I wish you luck in your endeavor.
