    Angry CASINO EXTREME - 6(!!!) months withdrawal for UK players

    First of all, hi everyone!

    Well, my first thread is about me being ripped off (well, it always happens if you are from UK). Deposited 450 euro at casino extreme, played a bit and cashed out 1100 euro. Submited all kind of ID's, utility bill, fax back forms etc. All aprooved after 3-4 days. So far, so good. Only to receive an email few hors after:

    "Hi there,

    The Casino has been advised by its credit card processor that it will no
    longer be able to represent credit card deposits from players in the UK. In
    light of these new laws Casino Extreme will no longer be accepting credit
    card deposits from players in the UK.

    All players from the UK who have used a credit card may only have their
    withdrawals processed once the transactions no longer pose a risk to the
    Casino. This is a period of no less than 6 months from the last credit card
    transaction.

    I'm sorry to hear about your problems with your withdrawal casino.
    I just can't understand why people have trouble cashing out from this casino. I play there all the time and have won many thousands of dollars and never have trouble cashing out. I instant cash out to Neteller and the money is there within 5 minutes every time. I personally think they are the best RTG casino on the Net, even better than Inet, who take up to 24 hours to cash out.
    It must have something to do with the way you are depositing. eg Credit card or the fact that you live in UK. I have never deposited by credit card only Neteller, who I might add is fantastic now they have the Neteller card to withdraw, again it depends which country you live in. I can see US people not liking Neteller after all the trouble they had getting paid after the legislation. I think the only way to gamble is not to use a credit card only an e wallet, that way you usually dont need fax back forms and there are no excuses from casinos not to pay.
    Only my opinion, but from what I can see most of withdrawal problems comes from Credit cards and getting paid by checks.

    This casino is in the rogue pit - and for a reason - it is non-responsive to player complaints.

    To come in here posting a happy clappy "they pay me in 5 minutes" shill-like post is pretty irresponsible. Newbies or unschooled players can get suckered in with comments like that. Think before you post, please.

    And of course it has to do with the method of payment - he explained thoroughly that it was a CC from the UK.

    By the way, did you ever send your ID docs to that bingo room as requested last summer? I'm still waiting word on this:

    Not only do you defend this casino's unethical practices, but you praise Neteller in the same post? They've screwed just as many people that aren't USA residents...

    That is a complete BS excuse. There is no "law" that says casinos can no longer accept UK Credit Cards. They are trying to use this to make it sound like this is out of their hands, and that some "law" has tied their hands.
    Oddly enough, 888.com PREFER UK players to deposit via credit/debit card, and they have some pretty negative terms in place for players who use webwallets.
    Casino Action, Jackpot Factory, and Palace Group have no trouble with my credit cards - the latter pair can even pay back to them.

    In 6 months time, the casino may have run with the money, after all, they are in the rogue pit.

    This problem probably would not have arisen had you LOST on your first deposit, they would want you back ASAP. There have been some posts from ex-employees of these rogue outfits, and they have admitted these excuses are fake, intended to delay payments to players.

    FYI they seem to do this to everyone who deposit with credit card.

    They want to eliminate the chance of charge backs, so they wont pay unless a long period has gone since the deposit.

    They will continue to lie and give excuses until enough time has passed so a charge back is unlikely.

    Their instant withdrawal for moneybookers and neteller are also a joke, as everyone has to do a fax back on their first deposit. Don't play there.

    If we can still make it, this should be a contender for stupidest reason for non payment of winnings for 2007.

    I'll bet that after 6 months they will THEN say there was a breach of terms and conditions and still refuse to pay up. Maybe the player should ask the card company about this "law", so that there is a record of this issue on file before the 6 months is up, and should the casino pull a stunt aftr 6 months, then this could be viewed as a deliberate attempt to defraud the player by stalling, in which case the 6 YEAR rule may apply.
    The danger in waiting could mean both winnings AND deposit are lost, so it might be worth telling the casino that under this "law" (you've checked with your bank) they are obliged to give back the deposit onto the card - and that after doing so no chargeback would be permitted by your card issuer, and only the winnings can be held up for 6 months.

    They give you BS, give them BS back!
