    due to inevitable circumstances that has arise, matters on processing your
    cash out has been affected by technical difficulties.

    How can a casino have technical difficulties for two months lol and still take others money.

    PS. this was my 1st post did not make it as far as the introductions forum.

    And all abusive language was soily directed at xxl club casino.
    Sadly, this does you no favours. The rep has actually been one of the more forthcoming we have ever seen here for a Playtech branded casino. This problem is probably down to Neteller. Neteller have an appalling reputation for this kind of thing, and it once took me 9 MONTHS to work out what on earth was going on.
    The problem was that the payment processor must have a merchant account at Neteller. They send an instruction to Neteller to transfer the payout to the player's Neteller account. If the merchant account does not have the funds at the time to process the transaction, it will fail, however, as far as the payment processor is concerned, it will succeed. If the payment processor receives a complaint, Neteller will not disclose details related to the customer account where payment has been made, however, if the PLAYER takes it up with Neteller, they will be told to contact the MERCHANT.
    I broke the 9 month deadlock by contacting eCogra, and threatening Neteller with a complaint to the FSA.
    If this is a repeat EXACTLY of my problem, the player will see the withdrawal from XXLClub on their statement as an attempted payment, but it will be marked as "declined" by Neteller. This means the merchant account is NSF for the transfer. If there is no sign whatsoever in the player account, the problem is probably one of those notorious "timeout" issues in reverse, where the processor makes payment, but the money ends up in limbo somewhere and is hard to trace due to Neteller's lack of cooperation - they will not deal with one of the two parties to find a resolution, they have to deal with both, and this relies on internal communications working well, which they don't.
    As this seems to be a persistent problem, and over a couple of months, there is the danger of the casino becoming seen as a bad risk or rogue, and this will cause them to lose players, both current and new.
    As said, this is not the first time that Playtech casinos have had trouble with Neteller, and I get the impression that Neteller do not really trust the processors involved with Playtech, and this is what has lead to past problems at Kiwi and others.
    XXLClub should recognise these as "exceptional circumstances" and pay players by other means on request even where normal procedure is to pay out to Neteller. Once the issue is resolved with Neteller and the affected players, normal procedures can be resumed. New players of undefined risk can simply be asked to wait for a while to ensure their deposit clears before being paid by an alternative method. Neteller claim they do not allow chargebacks, so if casinos worry about this, or have even had it happen, then Neteller are liars! (I know this, they have lied to me on occasion, and lied to all their US clients last February).

    Well vinylweatherman when i have time to read your whole post i will i got to the 1st sentence, And if you had read my post properly you would off know that my withdrawl was by moneybookers. Not neteller lol and i sent a pm to the rep he sent 1 back but i still have not heard from him or the casino.

    Also the way i have been treated by xxl club has been appalling and i have every right to tell him he sucks and hes still sucking as he has not sorted it out.

    And when he does he will not get any thanks from me as there should off been no problems at all in 1st place.

    Well, that title was totally unwarranted. Even if VWM was slightly wrong on the facts, that was no reason to chide him. If you had bothered to read his posts, you will understand that he always stands by the players and rebuke the casinos for their tardiness and wrongdoings.

    Hi chuchu59 he did not stand by me, And i will never stand by him!
    Even if hes and ok bloke, Some times things work out like that.

    Also i would like to add i have still not been paid by xxl club and the rep has not been back to me after asking for details etc on the date off my original post.

    I only talk trash to people who deserve it and the rep is part off the xxl club organasiation so thats his look out. If they dont pay him for doing his job also then i will happly take back all of my comments and be a jerk off.

    VWM must be carefull when getting involved in these matters being a gambling dude himself he must understand my fury and not want to be a part off that or funny enough be apart from that lol.

    The on-off responses are quite worrying. Although as a person, Frank seems to be an alright chap, I am afraid we have to prepare for the worst. They could be in financial troubles as all issues regarding withdrawals are not addressed although he has written to say he will follow through. I think players should not dep[osit there until the posters here have been paid in full.

    Lookawayorelse, people always disagree with each other but I never think it is right to chide someone just because he doesnt stand on your side. Can I call you a moron for blasting XXL casino? Of course not. Using such language as in your title does not win you any friends and even if anyone does agree with you, they might refrain from openly backing you. We mustnt let our emotions get the better of us in such debates. As I said above, the situation is a bit worrying. Since Playtech is adamant that they take player issues seriously, this is one avenue you should continue to explore although I am still sceptical on their promises.

    WTF? Seven day suspension for flame posting. Instead of attacking VWM who was trying to be of assistance, you should have reread the forum rules concerning flaming other members. VWM is a member as well as XXL Club. Namecalling and other childish behaviour is not tolerated here. See you in a week or so.

    For everyone else - if a casino has become non-responsive, please either PM me or alert me via "report a post". Sometimes managers take breaks, go on vacations, get behind in their tasks or whatever. I need to know when to follow up on things. Thanks!
