Prism/Slots of Vegas Manager (Chris) Pushing His Authority!!!

Just thought I'd let everyone know they shouldn't deal with Prism or Slots of Vegas Casinos if they don't want to deal with Chris the manager who gets great pleasure out of showing his authority! He must be lacking in all other areas and this is the one place he actually has control!!! I have played there for a very long time and quit once before just because of him and his payouts. Started back when Dean took over and everything was fine, but then Chris came back! Everything is fine as long as you're losing of course, but if you should win, watch out!! This last payout took me over a month to receive and during this time I was told repeated lies by Chris. He even said he didn't approve withdrawals! To make things even worse, he refused to even redeposit any of the money during that time to allow me to play more! So essentially, he held my money hostage all that time just for sheer meanness! I can guarantee you and him that either of those casinoes will not get another penny of my money as long as he is in charge. Managers who have personal vendettas against clients just because they win frequently obviously don't realize that they would come out better in the longrun making their customers happy. There's too many out there to choose from to deal with this crap!

My only advice I can give is..
Play at an ACCREDITED casino. Been there, done that with Prism until I found this forum and am thankful to this day.
Prism is good for the free chips as long as you treat it as PLAY money

Don't most/all RTG's block depositing until a payout is approved? It would be a personal favor for a manager to reverse part of it, and afaik Virtual policy is to restart the 'approval period' (which can be lengthy) if you reverse and withdraw again. Really not good business sense to me as it keeps you from playing the money back if you're so inclined And though items show as 'manager' deposit or withdrawal I think any real action comes from accounting which probably is GM approved (if approved)

I never had any problems with Chris, but I don't play anywhere Virtual now, not even for free chips, they've been wiped from my computer. A manager at another V screwed around with a win and I wrote them off, then I got a free chip at another and did more than 4x the WR and didn't even bother asking why they declined that withdrawal, it was just the last straw for me.

Like the lady said, if you chosse from http://www.casinomeister.com/casinos.php, you'll have a voice in your favor. If you knew you were playing at a rogued casino, why whine about it here... nobody can help you, they're ROGUED.

lojo, I'm not whining.....my matter has been resolved. I personally feel though that not all rogued casinoes should be listed as such due to the fact that they change managers, etc. I've found that the key to everything is in the manager's hands. For example, Palace of Chance is listed right along with Prism and Slots of Vegas as a rogued casino, HOWEVER, when the current manager of POC (Dean) was the manager of Prism, I never had the first problem with Prism's payouts or treatment. Now that he's moved to POC, he continues to bend over backwards for me and I've never had to beg or wait on any payouts from him. This is just my experience I'm relating so that others can be aware of SPECIFICs at the current time.

Well, Dean plays the same games ime as Danny, so to each his own but they won't be seeing any of my money.

The rogue section isn't just a name and shame, and if a casino betters themselves they can leave the pit. Virtual was on probation and I started playing at Prism then - had no problems with Chris - and only noticed one PaB for PoC in that time... the bottom line is, the managers only have so much say, and the group as a whole had just about as many bitches pitched while on probation as the same time period before... and the fact is the profits from all of them go to the same people, so your losses at a 'good' virtual fuel the entire group.

There are several rtg's to play at that don't play games, why tempt fate?

    Here's a specific for you:http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ay-casino.html

Chris has personal vendettas against some players and grudges against all of the rest. You are not alone, Melmac27.
