    Atlantic Lounge Payouts.

Haven't been paid yet. I did get a $100 chip in my account on Weds. Checked my account history, and low and behold, my $1450 was approved for C2P. I don't even have a C2P account registered on that Casino. The C2P approval was for the $1450 plus an additional $290 apology money. After countless emails to both Jamie and Tom, many live chats, and attempts to call the US CS # (which is now disconnected) I noticed today that $1450 was approved for a wire transfer. (Thought this casino could not do wire transfers anymore????? and where did the $290 apology $$$ go????). I contacted live chat once again and Mary told me to email Jamie. I asked her to do that as Jamie has never answered an email. She said she would, and the wire transfers take 7 business days. I am back to where I was on Sept. 5
I thought I will give it 1 more week and then I am posting all the bizzarre documentation I have saved over the last week. It will be very interesting reading.
    Has anyone else been paid???

Well, as the person who started this thread, I just thought I'd tell you that I gave up. I played the money out of my account and deleted the casino. I hope you all get your money but it wasn't worth my time. They never even acknowledge my documents. As far as I'm concerned they are history.

    good luck everyone.

I'd keep an eye out... if they want to TRY to repair their reputation they will pay everyone they owe. For $300 I'd give it a chance... that's three monster spins on RainDance at inetbet or somewhere

    Good luck to ya

edit: ooops sorry, reread and noticed you played it out... my bad

    More on Atlantic Lounge

You are probably all sick of my issues with Atlantic Lounge, but I thought it prudent to post what has gone on since Sept. 28.

On Sept. 28, I received an email from Tom, manager of Atlantic Lounge. He said that Jamie (the owner) was back and ready to issue payouts. He said this would be rectified by Tuesday (Oct.2). I did not hear from Tom, so I contacted CS Live Chat and was told that Tom was away for the week. On Weds. Oct. 3, I checked my AL account to see that the $1720 was credited to a C2P account.($1450 and $290 apology money) I don't have a C2P account. I sent numerous emails and contacted live chat many times, and on Sat. Oct. 6, I checked my account to see that $1450 was again approved for a wire transfer. I contacted live chat once again, and was told that Jamie was doing me a favor and had sent the money via a MoneyGram. I checked all the stipulations of a MoneyGram, and found that I should be allowed to pick the money up almost immediately as long as I have a reference number. Since then, I have tried emails to Jamie and contacted CS to get this reference number. My last chat is copied:

Welcome and thanks for reaching us! An operator will be with you shortly. Feel free to browse our website for GREAT PROMOS & OFFERS! Thank you for waiting.
You are now chatting with Charles.
    Charles: mama
    Charles: mam
    Charles: sorry
Charles: I was writing you an email right now
    Charles: so funny you contacted
Charles: I have news for you
Charles: not the ones you expect
Charles: but please understand we are not meant to lie to you nor anybody
Charles: Mr SaintJohn left to Europe on Friday as he is now finally sorting out the financial problem that cause such mess for Atlantic Lounge during the past weeks
    Patty: Ok. Now what?
Charles: I am not sure when will he be back next week
Charles: but Tom will have further details by Friday
Charles: We will need to wait for him to comeback from Europe
Charles: so he can carry on with your payout
Charles: and any other payouts that are still due
Patty: Oh my gosh Charles, I know you wouldn't lie to me and are going on what you are told, but why did jamie put the note in my account that a moneygram was on the way?
Patty: I know you feel my frustration. He is gone again, and I still do not have my money. It has been 6 weeks.
Patty: I am so upset right now that I have no idea what to do
Patty: When I post all of this on Casinomeister, I will make sure to state that the Customer Support team did everything they could to rectify this. I just don't trust jamie at all and I believe this is simply yet anoter stall tactic. Can you please convey to Tom my disappointment, even though I realize now that his hands are tied as well. Thank you for the information.

I do have to say that Customer Service has done the best they can under the circumstances. Jamie is just trying to buy time. I was told at one point that it is just me and one other person waiting for her $1000 left. I now see that their are most likely more.

I just don't know what to do at this point. I hate to give up the fight. I can't believe there is no money for these long overdue payouts, as this Casino has been functional as far as taking in money this entire time.

Just wanted to vent, and let you all know the latest!

A few days ago in Barcelona, I spoke with the head people at RTG about this and they said that there were a total of seven players who were pending payouts. Two of these players were sent their funds - these should be in route. The other five are pending.

The operator had given his CSRs instructions not to make any payments without his okay...and then he had some personal crisis to deal with, nothing as dramatic as lying dead in some ditch in SA I have no idea why the customer support would imply something like that.

Nevertheless, the guy should have returned or is en route at the moment. All players will be paid. Hang tight.

    Thank you

Thanks so much for dealing with this in Barcalona. I hope you are right about the payouts. I have had so much false information from this guy from a deposit into a nonexistant C2P account, to $290 extra as an apology, (and then it is taken away) to an approved wire transfer, to a moneygram is on the way, and now, finally, He is in Europe for who knows how long to straighten out his finances. This has all taken place since last Weds. I just want my money and be done with this. I will take your advice and hang tight. I'll keep you all posted.

    I received the Money

I just want to let it be known, that I finally did receive the entire amount owed to me by Atlantic Lounge. Jamie sent a moneygram which I just picked up. I want to thank everyone on this forum for their help, especially CM as I am sure his speaking to the RTG people in Barcalona helped to speed up the process. I hope that the rest of the people waiting for their payout have received theirs as well.

    Good Luck!
