CASINO CAUTIONS
Atlantic Lounge situation deteriorates Last week we reported on the apparently serious decline in the fortunes of RTG powered Atlantic Lounge Casino, evidenced by the growing number of player complaints regarding slow and no pays, ridiculous excuses, unresponsiveness, affiliate payment problems and a management that is to say the least elusive. The fact that this operation continues to take deposits when it is becoming all too clear that there is a problem in paying winners exacerbates an already bad situation, and this week led to Atlantic Lounge being rogued at Casinomeister.com and its affiliate program suspended at Casino Affiliate Programs. The silence from RealTime Gaming as the software provider for this troubled operation is damning, too. Whilst all this was going on the international player community was doing some digging of its own on the alleged owner of the operation, one "Jamie St. John" who has subsequently been identified through domain searches and corporate links as a South African named Jamie Lindsay-Bowman. Atlantic Lounge appears to be part of a complex web of corporate interests stretching as far afield as Costa Rica and the UK that includes Blue Star Commerce Limited, HGS Gaming Services, Growthonline Solutions, True Earnings and Sunrock Marketing. It appears that the next foray into the online gambling industry involves the imminent launch of another RTG powered online casino branded Sands Avenue Casino. Given the difficulties players are encountering with other parts of this organisation, they would be well advised to exercise caution when invited to play at this new venue.

A ray of hope
I just spoke to Steve at CS at Atlantic Lounge. He said that although there has not been OFFICIAL word from management, he was informed yesterday that payouts should be resuming this week. Yes, I understand that CS is tired of all this and will more than likely tell us what we want to hear, but his tone was much different than it has been over the last couple of weeks.....hey, I'll hold on to anything at this point!

No way not ever
Well, they owe me $1000 and I dont care if it takes a year or more Im not giving up. They sure didnt have any qualms about taking my deposits out of my checking account and I will hound them til I get paid! If this criminal has enough money to start another RTG casino then he certainly has the money to pay me. I also wrote to his payment processors and I am still trying to find out who processes his VISA/Mastercard. I just bet that if he isnt able to collect his money he'll probably come out of hiding...hoping anyway!

Drop them and all associated casinos.
As an affiliate I find the answer simple: Drop them and all their associates (guilty or not). If affiliates stop promoting them their income will soon dry up. I removed all links to these rouges as soon as I heard what was going on.
Tired of being screwed when not in the mood.

Jamie has resurfaced
Latest news from Customer Support. Jamie St John-Jamie Lindsay Bowman-Edward Lindsay Bowman ETC has apparently come out of hiding according to CS today. He contacted Tom Davis (casino manager) and is "going" to call all players next week regarding a time frame as to when payouts will happen.
We shall see. Just wanted to keep everyone updated on any info I have. If anyone has any other information regarding this news, please post. Thanks |

Good News
Hi
Today I called the tel no. of Jamie St John listed in this thread. He answered. He apologized. He processed my withdraw within 10 minutes (to my click2pay, not bank wire). He gave me a 20% extra ($600 instead of $500) He said he owes 5 winners $ and he will pay this week (with the 20% bonus as an apology). When I opened my AL acct, I have a free $25 chip. I know you all need this good news. I wish you the best. Eve |

I received an email from Tom Davis on Friday that my withdrawal would be sent (hopefully Western Union) He said he would update me on Tuesday. Jamie giving back 20% is certainly a step in the right direction. I will post tomorrow as to the outcome.
