But anyway, they are obviously still running & taking deposits.
And yet they still owe me money going back to February.

Some months ago the 'new management' assured me by e-mail that payments would be made 'soon', but included a veiled threat that bad-mouthing them on the forums would lead to delay or even non-payment of what they owe me.
