Angry Strange attitude at inetbet

hello all,

inetbet is trying to force me into bonus rules, when in fact I did not got credited any bonus. In their view, once you redeemed a coupon you are obligated to play even thought no bonus money was credited to you.

Have you ever thought that a casino will force you to play the rules when you did not yet got any bonus and you do not want it at all?

Stroy starts when I tried to redeem their new player coupon, no trealizing that the bonus is credited only after 24,000 in play.

I thought, ok lets withdraw and call it a day.

they emailed me "You cannot deposit and then withdraw without making a turnover"

simple meaning of the above text is that they do not want players to deposit and withdraw without play, as do some other casinos.

I played a little, and tried to withdrawa again.

Then comes the surprise. They see me obligated for the bonus I requested, even thought I did not got it yet!

I even thought about giving up and playing their requested turnover, but it turns out that the software on my computer is extremely slow. the few hands I did play took me hours on end.

There I stay. A balance I am unable to withdraw. A softwae I am unable to play with. A casino I am unable to speak to.

Thumbs down BE GLAD

Aside from having money there that you can't play as you say,

be glad. It is the only casino I have truly lost a bundle at. Couldn't win a thing to save my life.

Wish I had never downloaded it.

Also, in order to redeem your comp points, you have to send in identification info. Yet you can deposit without submitting i.d. info.

I don't like some of their policies at all.

I agree with the casino on this. You tried to get the bonus, which would mean you need to follow the rules associated with the bonus. I am sure that they will still add the bonus to your account when you are qualified. If the casino did not do it like this, than they would be giving a player a free shot at winning with no restrictions, and if the player lost, than the player could than ask for the bonus, and restrictions.

Lets get things straight, as long as they are simple.
Phyngster is absolutely right. You cannot claim a coupon and then withdraw without following the rules, because: if you had lost, you would have claimed the bonus - naturally.

I had my trouble with inetbet once (their birthday promo) but after all: They are one of the very few absolutely trustworthy RTG places.
Of course: winning has to to quite a lot with luck.
I had phantastic winning streaks , so that i thought, the software was not random, and i had my losing streaks, so that i was nearly certain, the software was "cheating".
Nonsense!

If you like RTG, play there, or at Club world.

Or at a casino, which doesnt exist yet, maybe one, which is run by Grandacesgeisha. (got me?)

any of the bonuses i know of that credit the bonus post-wagering require all the wagering before the bonus comes, not that if you lose your deposit the bonus comes right away. if you lose, you have to put more in to finish out the wagering. this being the case, if i lose/win so much that i don't want to finish out the wagering, that is fine and i don't need to since i won't be getting the bonus. that being said, it is always that i am losing just enough that i should continue wagering to get the bonus to cover some of the loss, since i already have x% of wagering done. but if i lost 5x the bonus amount with only 10% completion, maybe i'd want to give up, and i should be allowed to cash out anything i might have left and call it a day. likewise if i win 1000 playing towards a 25 bonus, i shouldn't be forced to keep going if i am content with giving it up. but maybe specifically in this instance the bonus does get added once you lose your deposit...

As far as i know, inetbet has NOT this type of bonus.
The bonusses (?) i know at inet and othr RTGs are the type of redeem coupon and get bonus instantly.
Dont know what OP had (new player bonus?). Anyway: He redeemed a coupon without depositing, what was necessary to get the bonus.

Agree with the first bit - I've never heard of any RTG offering a Post Wager bonus...
But anyway, once you have redeemed the coupon you are committed to the WR.
That is only fair, otherwise it would be no-risk.

Your last bit; Sounds like a deposit was made, otherwise there would be no issue of not being able to withdraw...

With most post-wager bonuses there's no problem deciding just to withdraw your balance at any time before you get the bonus. It's hardly no-risk as you're risking your own money the whole time.

When I scanned Inetbet's terms I couldn't see anything implying you wouldn't be able to withdraw before receiving the bonus - so you might have a case there. The problem is that you started to wager at all (though I understand your reasoning). If you'd just left the deposit untouched I can't believe Inetbet wouldn't have let you just withdraw and forget about the coupon. Certainly if you PM'd the rep here, or posted on the forum, you'd have been able to (or Inetbet would have encountered some serious negative publicity).

Anyway, it's worth trying going here and sending a PM. Maybe it'll be possible to work something out.
