Not a strange attitude at all! Read the rules concerning match bonus vs. non-match bonus.........sounds like you thought you were redeeming a match bonus when it was a non-match bonus. Been there. done that, once.

This looks a poor offer to start with, it is hard to get a deposit to last 25x with RTG, unless one plays Blackjack and grinds away. There should be no problem with withdrawing and simply cancelling a post wager bonus - it is different with a match bonus, where the bonus can be used to increase the chance to win.
If the problem is that the software does not work, then the casino is obligated to return the deposit (or fix the software such that the games work).
I have never played inetbet, but VIP.Com has VERY SLOW software, so it looks like this can be done deliberately by the individual RTG operators, and if they assume players all have fast PC's the software will simply not work on the older and slower models.

I agree with the casino on this. You tried to get the bonus, which would mean you need to follow the rules associated with the bonus. I am sure that they will still add the bonus to your account when you are qualified. If the casino did not do it like this, than they would be giving a player a free shot at winning with no restrictions, and if the player lost, than the player could than ask for the bonus, and restrictions.

let say something about Inetbet. I played with my deposit and without bonus last few weeks and I won some.
