They have no problem getting our deposits.. they just wont pay a big win! But my biggest peeve is they called my home and told me "I would be paid!" I followed "thier" rules... now I am being accused of "free chip abuse" and "bonus hunting".. The latest one... The casino manager is going to publish my account history right here !! (that would be his fudged version!) He just wiped out a pending wire transfer of $2500.00 and my balance of $4984.22! so where do I go now guys?? any and all help appreciated! I have screenshots of everything and copies of my "chat" with the "casino manager" of Palace of Chance! (or as I call them now,,"Palace of Fat chance your gonna get paid!"

You live in the good ol U.S.A. , so they don't worry about the repercussions of stiffing you out of your winnings. It's a no-holds barred fleecing of the Americans until the end, which I hope comes sooner than later.

Details are always useful in these situations. Did you win off a bonus? Did you abide by all T&C? Most RTG casinos have a max pay out of 5x or 10x bonus (or 5x or 10x deposit) when a bonus is used, even when all WR are met.

Lifetime Max Cashout Rule: When a player's total amount of bonuses received over the lifetime of their account is greater than or equal to the total amount of deposits made, the maximum cashout will be ten times the deposit from which the player hit their win..

Yes, I have already contacted the "casino manager".. I won off a deposit. I had made a deposit fo $25 no coupon, no chip (this time).. I hit the random jackpot. I recieved a call at my home that "I would be paid" and I adhered to every stipulation to the letter. During my "playthrought $1000) I hit blackjack for $2500.00 (acutally I had passed the $1000 point and was going into the $3000 mark when I hit blackjack) so i put $3000 back into this casino while I watched my $2500 pending wire transfer sit there). The casino manager went to accounting and told them not to wire the winnings. It bothers me the most because He wiped out my whole account. I have copied of my chats with him and screen shots of everything! Maybe if he did not call my home and say I would be paid> I wouldn't be so upset. He has insulted me and made fun of me and threatened me. (I am permanently disabled) I spoke with an employee yesterday who said the casino manager is doing this to alot of players.!!!!

Because I'm new, I haven't had this problem yet! But this is absolutely horrible! I can only imagine how peed you are. What a load of crap. I cant even begin to understand how they can do this to you. I am so sorry for you and sincerely hope you get your cash. All the members here are really with it when it comes to things like this so someone should be able to help you. But, thanks for the info, if that's the case I will never play there. Odd how they only seem to object when this player hits a big Random Jackpot. In order to abuse bonuses and free chips, one has to be given them in the first place.

Only RTG casinos seem to have this funny rule about max cashout even with no bonus taken.

I have been quoted that abuse bonus garbage so many times... the whole point is they promised the payment. They called my home .. they led me on for 10 days! All the while telling me I would be paid. Now as it stands I have not even seen the $250.00. which to me is a crock. If they had not called my home to say I would be paid, I don't think I would be as botherered. But the $2500.00 I hit on blackjack should be paid, at that point I had "played through" the $1000.00 plus another $1500-$2000.00. That would be to me the same as cash.. I started taking screen shots because I saw numbers in my account changing. This "casino" does not give out 3 free chips in a row... but I was accused of that. I was accused of alot.
If this were the way he felt why did he not say so to begin with. Instead of calling here to say I would get paid if I did the cashout thier way.

Are they allowed to do that, put a copy of your account history here? That would really prove their ruthlessness, where is this place located? It's a sorry state of affairs when casinos outright hate winners. RTG casinos offer bonuses left and right. This one punishes players for accepting the offers, and then having the audacity to actually win a bit.
