To say this is a "no win" situation for the casino is a joke. From what I see, however much mysticjoz gets back, chargeback or otherwise, it will never make up for all the deposits it took to finally hit that big win that would have restored the balance, only to be screwed over by this curious rule.
To confiscate a win from a player who has a negative lifetime with a casino is plain roguery.

The casino has still WON from this, the debate is whether they will end up winning $1300 less, or $1800 less.

I note that the missing $1300 has been put back as a BONUS, and into a LOCKED account.

For any player that gets screwed over by these funny rules in future, Phyngster has let the cat's head out of the bag in another recent thread.

Perhaps I should help the whole cat out if RTG don't clean up their act

Well everyone, Things are looking up. I have conversed with Andre a few more times and he sent me a form to sign and fax back.
So, I editted his form, into a form which stated at the bottom "Once funds are received the form will be finalized and faxed back and all charge back action will be stopped." I got this today. So... looking good..!


We would like to let you know that your fax documents have been successfully received and approved.

I have been promised my funds via western union by tomorrow. I'll believe when I see it, but It looks good

I just logged on and had this email from Andre....

your $1300 refund has been approved by our accounting department manager. It will be send out tomorrow via Western Union.
I will send you an email with the MTCN by Wednesday so you can pick up the money.
If you have any question, contact me tomorrow around 1 pm EST.

Western union usually is within 15 min but can take alot longer depending on where it was sent from. Congrats by the way. I guess it paid to not give up!

In reading this thread I find it funny how a number of posters have said they will never play at these casinos again, but they all think the manager should come in and defend himself. What does he have to gain? No matter what he says or claims he is fighting a losing battle. There are a number of posters who would derail anything he said in defending his position. This is still mainly a players against the "Big Bad Casinos" forum. I do think Bryan does a good job trying to keep it fair, but when it is close to 1000 to 1 players against casino it is hard to get your argument heard.
I am not saying the casino is right in any way, I am only stating why there are reasons why casinos do not always reply. When I would reply to things in the past, people would chime in that I was "advertising" my casino, and I had no links or names on my posts.

I think it would be good for him to come in and voice his side. We have heard and read mystics posts in this thread and that is her side. I dont think anyone thinks of the casinos as being the "Big Bad Casinos" rather when someone takes a bath for no reason and the casinos dont let us hear there voice then we assume that everything we have heard very well may be the truth, right?

Again you mention charge back! So why is there any reason in the world for the casino to pay you? You have all ready smeared their name, their reputation sucks all ready, if they pay you and you still charge back, than they have a double hit, you will never play there again, so they are never going to get anything more from you, what ever they do you will never be satisfied, so WHY, Why would the casino ever need to pay you? It is a no win situation for the casino, and you have backed yourself into the corner.

And what my post is about is what you are upset about, you only want people's input that agrees with you. This is a forum that the more intelligent readers want to hear all sides and facts. Thngs such as what your job is or was, how many children you have, what promises you made to a third party, what your physical ailment is, SHOULD NOT be brought up where you are explaining the facts. If you are looking to have friendly chats with other forum members that is great and there are open areas on here to do that, but when you are making a complaint, make it and move on.
Please do not look at this as being cold to your plight, I do understand, but there are other places to describe those things.

Well everyone.. I finally got "some" money...I can't help but snicker at the fact that Mr. Andre Rossi continued to "Stick it to me" even at the very end! I contacted live chat today, just like Andre asked me to. I heard "We are sorry but Andre has the day off".. (why does this not surprise me?)
Anyway, I got them to put me through to another "employee who I have talked to before"..

I will admit the employee was one to point out repeatedly this was "not a Western Union but Money gram"
So I ran to our grocery store to find out they only deal with Western Union, NOT money gram!! I had to drive 30 miles to and from a "Wal-mart" ..rotf lmao
(I live in a small town on the Seacoast.. no Walmart here!

But I am thankful for this much .... So Andre. But please take me of the Blacklist! I did not do anything wrong, and I faxed back the finalized form, and stopped all charge backs (even though I feel the FEES associated with the transaction after all this grief should be yours).
