OK this one too!!roflmao... that day i depositted $25 (no coupon no "free chip". Over the course of a few months I had deposit a total of about 1300. This is another number in my account that changed, not once but 3 times! First it was that I accepted $1000 in free chips.. then it was two grand then $2500 and last stated $3000 (This is documented in the chat session, he goes up, and up!).. point still being .. playing with my wins you add the 1300 deposits then the 2500 playthough should still entitle me to that $2500 black jack hit! I told them keep your slot money just pay the blackjack hit.. his words.. (and I printed the whole chat for my records were "you will never see that $2500, never". Anyone who wishes to request copies of this chat, let me know. I don't want to have to post it, as a matter of fact I don't know if I can post it. but I will forward both of these chats to anyone who would like to look them over.
I honestly don't know what I ever did to him (the mananger Andre rossi) He told me I would be paid. he laid out the rules... I followed them to the letter! No I did not "tape" the phone call, My fifteen year old son was here as well as my 12 year old... both were psyched! and I told them after hanging up the phone, "yes they are going to pay it! I told my older son "I can get you that laptop you need!".. They walked me through step by steps how to follow thier rules in order to get the cashout. I loved playing there.. they do have some awesome games. But, NOTHING gave this manager the right to literally wipe out my whole account. NO, it is not "locked" I can still sign out... my balance is 0... my "pending payment" is 0. and he left me with 53 comp points.

Perfectly said, and with me I have to always go check again which ones are rogued cause I forget, too many times I have almost downloaded a casino and then said, whoa, is this one in the rogue section? sure enough it was, not to get off the thread but that is great advice.

This is such a shame. I won't even ask why you were playing there in the first place...

Mystic, unfortunately, I don't think you even have the option of filing a complaint with RTG as they are being sold. I believe CM has pretty much thrown up his hands trying to intervene for players at unaccredited RTGs -- particularly those who have recently been placed (again) on the Not Recommended list (Virtual Group).

If the casino are altering account and play logs this goes beyond rogue casinos with rogue rules, it is a serious crime (fraud). Worse, if the "free chips" were actually taken from the bank account as $20 debits, this is theft.

If there is anything beneath the gutter in casino behaviour, this lot seem to have found it. If RTG are allowing this level of behaviour without taking any action against the licencee, they are just as bad as the casino. They are supposed to have the Hastings dispute facility up and running, but it has been all promises and no action.
The well run RTG casinos need to get their collective heads out of the sand and realise that being associated by software with such behaviour cannot be good for business. THEY might be able to put pressure on RTG, especially given that the intended sale could be disrupted if operators complain about the lack of intregrity associated with the RTG brand.

Normally I don't give up easy..but this is over and done. I have learned now NOT to take "free chips" like they say.. "nothing in life is free" ... the free chips were not free they cost me 7 grand in total winnings. The only offer from "the Palace of Chance" was the $250.00 The Manager of Palace of Chance has no ethics and morals. That wll "come around" one day. I did not promise my older son "a laptop" until they called and said I "will be paid" then I made that promise. It is obvious the numbers were tampered with. You can all tell by the chat that Mr. Rossi is Lying since he changes like the wind. That will not get me paid, nor will the excess money removed from my account ever be returned. My account went from alot of money... to zero with the push of a button! The company that oversees him sent me an email saying "they would forward " the message to Mr. Rossi. Needless to say that is the last I ever heard from them. (In my book that is not even a slap on the back of the hand.).
I guess I will end this with Thank you all for your, input, comments and suggestions.. I will state one thing... If I were to walk into a land based casino, place a bet and win" I would not be quoted "playthroughs" and ""free chip abuse" ..I would be paid.
