Out of respect for Bryan and the forum I won't go off-topic beyond this post nor be 'not-chilled'.

If you've gotten your numbers sorted please post the results in your "1-RJ@PoC...or did I?" thread and I'll communicate with you there if you wish. Otherwise, at least let the forum know whether you fell afoul of the T&C or not, crappy as they might be. I have no idea as you have consistently evaded the question and thrown every concievable smokescreen.
It's just something I want to know, and others might as well.

Because of previous disengenious responses and what I considered disrespect in an earlier post (when you said you wouldn't 'sink to my level') I am no longer willing to try to help you get the money if I could and you have it coming, but i wish you well and the best of luck. It's not my job.

#1) I have Never ever evaded this question.. I worked hard to get those numbers and screenshots in order and YOU know it.. Even going through Chemo, I would drag my back side away from the couch or toilet and work diligently... you know vinyl is working on this for me.
I told him I would be patient and I intend to stay patient.
#2)I have posted deposit dates, and amounts and personally I do not consider depositing $25 with "bonus" quite "beating the house edge in a big way!
I did not use a bonus or coupon the day I won... period.

As far as the "bonuses and coupons go... maybe if half of my deposits were not listed as "comp deposits" I would understand it better. Also at POC 99% of the coupons they offer you, you input and they get denied which forced me to go to chat and have them redeem it for me.(at least back in february and april it was that way)..

Since this is now "public", yes, I am working on the numbers. What Mystic has provided are actual screenshots of the transaction records on her account. It is a "swine" to process as being images I cannot simply cut & paste the 74 pages into the spreadsheet.
I have already raised the point about the large number of "denied" coupons, and Mystic has replied to me with the same reason, the software routinely denies them, but CS grants them. If Mystic were not allowed these coupons, CS would have said NO!

Chris has specifically stated that Mystic has already received back more than was deposited, this may well be the easiest thing to prove or disprove, whereas analysing the bonuses may be harder due to this denied coupon business - much of the 74 pages are "padding" rather than figures, but I want to make note of it all.

Mystic has only made small deposits, but they have been frequent. She has by no means maxed out a coupon by depositing the amount needed to get the biggest bonus, and this pattern shows no signs of change toward the end (denied Random Jackpot).

Since I have the actual screenshots, there will be no accusations that Mystic "made up" the figures, so forget it Chris

It's a sorry state of affairs when casinos outright hate winners. RTG casinos offer bonuses left and right. This one punishes players for accepting the offers, and then having the audacity to actually win a bit.



That rule alone screams 'stay away' from this casino! Is this a common rule at RTG's?

Yep i have read that rule too.
I had problems recently with Cool Cat again.
I was told in live help that the small bonus coupon that I used, had only 20x play through and I had played $700.00 more than was required so could withdraw $275.00 which I did and left $100.00 in there left to play with. 15 days later, I was send an email that my withdrawal had been refused and on contacting live help again, suddenly the play through was 30x , so I played that through and claimed $175.00 withdrawal. That was put back into my account 15 days later. I then emailed the manager New to the shady group of casinos. 3 days later I did receive my money.
Seems very few of them like to pay out.
I must admit however this year I have made 2 withdrawals from The Virtual Casino Group and have been paid 11 workings days for one and 10 working days for the other. One amount was $300.00 and the other $250.00

As said above, your comment doesn't really deserve a response, but WTF?

Who are you to assume her financial situation? Just because someone is disabled doesn't automatically mean they're living off of the government. I know some disabled people that have quite the nest egg saved up. Just because you're disabled doesn't mean you're poor.

Even if they were, they're getting back money that THEY HAVE PAID IN already. Who cares what they spend it on? If you live in the USA, maybe you've seen all the taxes the gov't takes out. It's insane.

Bottom line - your comment was way out of line. Get a grip.

ps: If you want someone to go off on, how about targeting the degenerate gamblers out there that gamble away their rent & food money by continuing to chase their losses? You nor i am here to drag a player or casino down. And I never doubted her numbers. I am willing to sort them if you can't. if they can't be sorted we can ask the host or manager or gm or owner. i WILL STAND FOR THAT QUESTION.
