    CasinoUS/Vegas Partner Lounge - resolved

I was "fortunate" enough to withdraw $300 off my loyalty bonus in February. I immediately went to live chat and asked what withdrawal options were available to me as a US player. I was told only check or ACH but then they said no, checks ceased the prior day (2/7) and ACH would be discontinued the next day (2/9). I was advised to make the withdrawal and have it flushed so it could be processed before the deadline. I did. I also kept a transcript of the live chat session.

It is over 2 months later and I still do not have these funds. I have been given the run-around like you wouldn't believe and now they won't even answer my e-mail or queries.

They keep stating that because I am in the US they have difficulties with paying. They even went so far as to tell me they attempted the ACH and my bank refused it (I checked with my bank, they had absolutely no record of any incoming ACH nor would they have refused one).

I asked to have the withdrawal method changed to Ecocard since they now accept and use that method but they told me it was too late, my withdrawal was already in progress. Which is a load of bull because it's still sitting somewhere other than my account.

I cannot begin to express my disappointment in this casino group. I have been an extremely loyal customer with them for many many years and have deposited more than I care to think about during that time. To be totally ignored and receive no assistance, from any level, just infuriates me. I will never play or deposit with this group ever again in my lifetime.

At this point I don't know what else to do except warn other US players on the forums I trust.

If you haven't already done so, please do the following:

    1. PM the VPL rep with your particulars. You can find the contact info HERE

    2. Read the following threads:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/casino-complaints-non-bonus-issues/17360-urgent-all-jf-withdrawals-hold.html

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...-000-00-a.html

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...k-account.html

..plus any other relevant links about reputable casinos delaying payments.

    3. Develop the patience of Job.

    4. If all else fails, and the casino refuses to pay (not just delaying payment due to circumstances 'beyond their control') then you may want to Pitch a Bitch.

    Good luck.

Ya, me too. It's just a shame that it took two months and I only got resolve after I had to start threatening and posting on forums. No one would reply or respond until I took the matter to the boards. Whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

    Thanks for the support.

The current situation regarding payout delays is horrible (among almost all casinos, not just VPL). It is bad for the casinos, it is bad for the player -- and bad feelings arise on both sides.

If you haven't contacted the VPL rep here, please do so. The link is in my first post above.

I personally don't have the time or patience to constantly track down withdrawals and no longer trust ewallets (NETeller cured that silly delusion), so I just don't play online anymore.

I advise any U.S. players to expect 2 to 3 month delays for withdrawals in any form other than to C2P or ECO.

    Good luck.

    Good luck.

Lest we not forget that you have to withdraw $1500.01 + from C2P. All others will be denied.

2-3 month delays? The casinos are loving these "low expectations". There's NO REASON a WD should take that long. EVER.

They're simply using the UIGEA as an excuse to slow-pay.

Think about it. How are some US players getting paid within days (sometimes hours - Ref: Bodog), and others taking many weeks? Doesn't make sense, does it.

Even if a paper check was sent via courier, you should not have to wait more than 5-10 business days to receive it.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I concur -- a WD should never take that long -- ever. But it is a reality that the average withdrawal time by check, ACH, wire transfers (from what I'm seeing on this board) IS 1 to 3 months -- or more. It's just sad that players are so astounded and aggravated and shocked and pissed off when it takes weeks/months to get a check from a casino.

Things are the way they are -- and a major reason why I don't deposit. I'm not spending weeks/months wrangling over how/when I'm going to get my money.

Why should an ACH take 1-3 months to receive? Unless they're using a processor/bank that only has 1 employee to process everything, it shouldn't take more than a week - 2 tops.
