We wont get paid, all hope is lost

If we dont get paid by monday the 26th we can all kiss our money goodbye. The money isnt going to just magically appear in our accounts on the 28th. They have given that date to all of us as a DEADLINE, not a date it will hit. It's ashame but i will do everything in my power to get my money and smear bellerocks bad doings all over the internet

At the moment I really need this money. I was lucky to finally get some of my losses back. Money that left my Bank Account quickly with no hitch. Now in the case of $800.00 owed me by Jackpot Factory(a casino group I have played at for 3 years), I have been waiting over 21 days for payment.

I have no longer been playing, needless to say.

The feedback from all three casinos changes from day to day.

This is a situation that needs to be corrected or these groups need to rethink accepting U.S. players money.

I for one know just how hard it is to wait for wins. I have been waiting since 02/11/07. The first rule for gambling is NEVER play with money you can't afford to lose. Assume going in you will never see your money again. Assume you are paying for your entertainment. Its few and far between that anyone will come ahead. If you play with money you can't afford to lose that will certainly complicate your issues when it comes to waiting for payment. I don't think any of us should wait for payment and if we do then then the casinos should have to wait for us to pay them. However, with that being said DON'T play with money you can't afford to lose and DON'T bank on you money until its in hand.

I was in the same mess with Royal Vegas Poker last month. I requested my withdrawal before the ACH deadline. But my cashin went un-processed. They told me they had a batch that was going to be processed the following Monday. That was a bold-faced lie. After having been lied to for a week or so. I happen to meet with my congressman. He made a few calls and my money was in my bank account a week later. I have since walked away from online gambling. And Im happy to say I don't have any regrets or need to return.

It's clear that they are struggling to survive since the US ban. I also notice that alot of members here are addictives that may need to seek professional help.

Let the healing begin please. I don't want to see you not getting paid. But the way I see it. Some MG casinos doesn't care if US players smear their name. They will always have loyal customers around the world. Look how certain RTG casinos still operates after being rogued. Their player base seems to keep growing despite being rogued.
You are right! There are a lot of things we could be doing with our monies. A vacation with seeing the sights and eating the fine different foods is a heck of a lot better than sitting behind the 'puter. I fully agree with you. In fact when I get my wins (fingers crossed) I plan on doing just that! I do agree with the addictive part but everybody has an addiction to one thing or another. For some its smoking or food or in our case its gambling. However, control and discipline are the answers. I for one have a budget and don't go beyond that and don't chase losses. I start with a purpose of entertainment and If I win great but if I don't win my budget is NOT at a loss. However, like all I get pretty pis*^%ed off when I don't get my money. I am very glad you got paid! I have been playing online for years. I do think however its time for land based only for me. I want my wins in REAL time! A win is NOT a win until its paid for!

    Congrats on your WIN!

    Congrats on you win

    Johnny,

I do understand where you are coming from. I have been waiting since 02/11/07 for payment. I also think via this forum we have been able to get River Belle to change its web site ACH terms so it can't blantantly misled US players anymore on expectations of payment. I also believe this forum got River Belle to make a public post in the thread "River Belle not paying $8,000". I guess these along with some of the most educated people I have ever met are in this forum are the reasons I think Casinomeister is the best watchdog site. River Belle has screwed up big time with all the emails US players got with each email contradicting the prior emails. I think you need to realize the learning lessons here. Casinos can't continue to mislead US players and need to get the CS reps to communicate the proper information. US players must come to terms that online gaming is not our only gamble. I do believe we will be paid but when is the question. I don't think there is anything we can do but to wait and consider that if we shall play again this is the reality. Things are only going to get tougher as we are forced into further compliance of the laws. You should diplomatically do everything in your power to get your money. I made the mistake I not being so diplomatic and have sinced learned from it. As for smearing River Belles name they have already hurt themselves more than a few US players ever could. Truth be it the US players market is drying up and the question is how valuable are the US players to these casinos anyway? I wish I knew that answer.

I think by changing their date from a longer period to a shorter period. Only makes a US player thinks they will atleast get their money via ACH. When infact its just a trap to make you think its safe to enter.

This whole mess is very frustrating as we all know in the US if we don't pay back money we owe they take our property, take us to court etc. lol Some of the excuses that Ive been given why my funds aren't in my bank account yet are some great ones. There are things we can do there are attorneys out there that will help.

River Belle ACH terms for US players went from 3-5 days to 2-21 days. I can only hope we had something to do with that. River Belle better hold to its latest promises or their reputation with take a hit that they will not be able to repair. I imagine there will be a lot of sympathy from other countries as to what has happened to the US players regarding non payments. I would suggest all countries boycott all Belle Rock casinos should they not meet their latest promises to each and every player.

    footdr,

Try calling Stacey at the US toll free number. She was very competent in dealing with my issues. In fact, she gave me a renewed faith in River Belle. I certainly hope it will not be short lived. Let us know the contents of the converstation and ask Stacey to put it in writing and send you an email.

Belle Rock changed processors again! LOL

Ok i just got off the phone with riverbelle, they HAVE CHANGED PROCESSORS ONCE AGAIN! They gave a definite deadline of march 30th for the funds to hit. I am assuming they found the processor that Grand Prive casinos use because my mother plays on casino grand bay and got paid in 5 days. Lets hope this is the case.
