River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

    Johnny,
Chill out!! The casinomeister knows what he is talking about. We need to be patient. I know its hard. I am the one who started this thread and I will finish it hopefully with payment in full by said dates. We are getting are points across which one is for US players to be aware of delay times again and again may be expected and the other is the casinos should not make the mistake of making promises they cannot adhere to again and again. Like you I was newer and did not understand the politics involved and I am still learning. I also beg to differ with you Casinomeister is the best watchdog I have yet to encounter. The people on this forum well educated in the gaming industry and know things we can only hope to learn someday. This is NOT a bashing circus. The word has been given for us to be a little more patient so please can you do that.

    Thank You

    ?

I am not bashing anyone but riverbelle for their irresponsibility, lies, and misleading emails. I once won 32k on riverbelle and got the money 5 days later, no questions asked, and have several nice withdrawals since then that rand very smoothly. I even referred several people to them because of their quick payouts via ACH. They now have ruined their reputation by not using the same processors that some of the other casinos are now using in order to pay their customers in a reasonable amount of time. I may be new to this site but im not new to knowing the laws, how online casinos operate, and how online gambling works all around. Ive been gambling online since day 1 that it was available and havent looked back since. I never have had a casino keep money from me because i always did a TON of research on the caisnos/poker rooms before depositing, therefore i dont have the horror stories of some that i have read about just never getting paid, etc. As for casinomeister to say a fellow gambler should not get paid because of an email i wrote to them is rather insulting

    You are mistaken.

I was simply stating a fact that i have been in contact with others who are willing to take a vacation if need be to take a trip and collect our winnings that we have coming to us if they cant send the funds ACH anymore.
This is an implied threat which they can react to, in combination with your other comments about kicking some ass. The instant you set foot in South Africa, if they have alerted authorities you will be refused entry or detained.

BTW, I made the comments, not Casinomeister.

You want to warn people? Fine, no complaints. You want to alert people? Definitely agreed.

You want to cap someone's knees? Think again. The last thing this industry needs are thugs on either side.

Thumbs down THE SAGA CONTINUES, NO END IN SIGHT

A batch of payments that we sent out from mid Feb to mid March has become a nightmare for us. Payments going out now are fine but the ones in the batch mentioned are an anomaly. We have paid out all the funds, they are sitting with the processor and the banks and we are doing everything we can to find out why the funds are not in your accounts. Unfortunately we are in the same position you are, we cannot do more than phone and email the banks and processors non stop asking them what is going on and get told "to be patient they are working on it" They have given us dates and we can only trust that these are correct. We cannot cancel the payments and re-issue them as some have gone through and some have not. To cancel and re-issue would result in some people getting paid twice, some getting charges for canceled payments and so on, at this stage it would simply compound the problem.

Again I apologize for the delays and assure you that we are doing everything we can to get this resolved.

    Best regards,

    John

"John, I hear what you are saying, but as the wife and bookeeper of a soleproprietor I can only say that these people must have a terrible accounting system in place. A reputable business would easily be able to identify all transactions sent to them during a set time period including all identifying information and current status. Their system further should allow a search by Name to locate the transaction. So, there is no reason that if contacted with my name they should not be able to find my transaction, to determine its status. Also, if things are be processed now with no problem and they determine my ACH has not yet been processed then they should send it immediately. When you say some of the transactions have gone through and some have not, I would ask how you know that unless they have been able to provide you specific information on those transactions. Surely they just didn't inform the casino "some of the transactions went through but we don't know which ones they were". They should not be in business if they can't keep track of transactions entrusted to them.

So, actually I think the casino should reissue my transaction if the bank or processor can't find the initial transaction the casino sent. . If the processor can't find my transaction then they obviously haven't and won't be sending me any money at this point."

SO EVERYONE, WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID ALREADY BUT OUR TRANSACTIONS ARE MIA. The casino should reissue payment if the processor can not locate the information the casino originally sent. Then the casino can duke it out with the processor to retrieve the unpaid funds they initially sent.
It is not our problem that their processor has lost our transactions.

    Will be checking back

Just wanted to say thanks for the forum. The information helped just in the sense that I know of other players out there in the same boat. Even though this may have been a "processing" fault, a little more brutal truth about the matter of withdrawals would have gone a long way from the casino up front. I asked them point blank before I made any withdrawal (or deposit for that matter) about withdrawal methods and timeframes and I feel that although I was not lied to, it would have been sobering to hear "hey - it may take up to 30+ plus days to see your withdrawal and we can't guarantee you may ever see it at all". It was certainly easy enough (and timely) to transfer my $ in! Maybe they should consider hiring the processor that was able to get my money to the casino!

I would appreciate an update after 3/28 to see if anything has been resolved. If no one has received any funds by then, personally I will give up any hope of ever seeing my $ and on-line gambling in general.

It is too bad that the govt is taking the tack they are, think of all the millions of tax revenue that could be had simply by regulation.

In some weird way, I have higher hopes of seeing my neteller $ sooner since the DOJ has become involved - however at what price I do not know!

    latest email

Thank you for emailing Belle Rock Entertainment.

Kindly accept our humblest apologies for any frustration caused with the matter at hand. Unfortunately the new legislation has affected our withdrawal process time. This we are aware inconveniences our players somewhat.

However we are confident that you will be receiving your withdrawal by the 28 March 2007 as promised.

We are not aware that other casinos are able to process withdrawal via Ach timeously. Our operations department will definitely be looking into ways in which our players withdrawals can be processed faster and more efficiently in the future.

Should you require any further assistance, feel free to contact Belle Rock Entertainment, as we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

    Kind regards,

    Nolan

I am confident they are going to pay out simply because they dont want to drag their name through the mud of being an unreputable casino. Believe me, they are going to pay , those workers there would be miserable if peoples money dont hit their accounts by the 28th. Their phone lines and email system would be flooded non-stop with USA customers, causing other customers from other countries to get pissed at them and lose their trust as well. Their customer service would go down the tubes, therefore, i have faith my money will be in my account by the 28th, no worries. If they werent going to pay us, they could just simply not answer the phones or emails like some of the other casinos that went down in the dumps

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises - 2nd withdrawal issues on 03/19/07

[QUOTE=kauphy;152328]you know this is happening to everyone in the u.s not just you. you say you,ve always been paid on time well i bet that was before the new law. if you got a bitch then take it up with the us govement not the casino i have been playing since day 1 to and have always been paided on time that was until the new law now i have waited over a month to get my money but i know i,ll get paid its just going to take a little longer give them a barke they will get it together until then just chill out k[/QUOTE

    Hello All,

Now I know you will think I am nuts! I tried an experiment. I wanted to see what River Belle payout screens were saying. As lady luck would have it I hit for $10,000.00+. It started as an experiment to see what the lastest River Belle screens were saying for payouts. Hoping to get more information about where my first $8,000.00 was and perhaps some insight as to when it would be paid. Well I got it up to $2,000.00. Then I figured I was not getting paid since I been waiting on a withdrawal since 02/11/07 so I decided to just play it out! What the heck have some fun! Whoa!! I made a hit for $10,050.00 as see on the River Belle winners list! Now I had River Belle flush my withdrawal and have been requested to send them all my documents over again. It has taken three emails and one fax and they state they can't read my credit card clearly. Now bare in mind I already have a pending withdrawal since 02/11/07 so all my documents certainly should have been fine. I still have not received an "approval" that all my documents have cleared. My second withdrawal was 03/19/07 which is outside the doom dates of problem withdrawals. RIGHT?? Is River Belle using other stall tactics to not pay my money? Will I receive my $10,000.00 withdrawal and if so will it be before my $8,000.00 withdrawal of 02/11/07 since it is outside the problem dates?? No so you all know the first payout screen states 2-21 days for ACH and when you think you are done a second screen pops up and states if they cannot make an ACH within 6 days a check will be issued. What a mess! Guess my experiment backfired on me!
