Angry River Belle not paid $8,000.00

    Hey Dekon,

I thought I give River Belle a little breathing room to catch their bearings and see if they been able to muddle through paying us. I can understand the wait time with all that has gone on. What gets me the numerous emails they have sent to numerous US players that they owe money to with each email stating different problems. My problem has gone on since 02/11/07 and until the River Belles public post I had nothing but excuses. Everything 'bout the truth! Oh well! Like I said we have no choice but to wait but what they did to us getting to this point was a disgrace! I was told up to 21 days from the 20th. That puts my pay date no later than 03/14/07. Question is now does that mean I have another 10-15 business days from 03/14/07? If so the maximum would make my pay date April 4th, 2007. If they pay me on the 4th of April that would only have been a 53 day wait!!!!!

    7Sultans..

I've had a withdrawal listed as "work in progress" since March 3...They have responded to my e-mail inquiries fairly fast though. They say they are still working on the ach possibility and if that doesn't work will use ecocard.
In the meantime I have had 2 withdrawals from Bodog this month..$500 and $700, both went through very quickly using western union

Thanks for the info. Riverbelle hasn't said anything about ecocard to me yet, but I went ahead and got registered with them just incase it's an option for me as well. No excuses, all signed up.
    Thanks Again

Firstly I want to thank everybody who has been affected by the delays in funds appearing in their accounts for their patience in allowing us to deal with these issues.

We are as concerned about these delays as you are and we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issues, unfortunately many of them are beyond our control. Many of you requested withdrawals at the time that our previous processor stopped processing our transactions. This resulted in us having to re-issue those payments after we had set up relations with an alternative processor. The new processor needed additional information regarding every transaction which again caused delays, they needed to set up intermediary processing accounts that needed to pass various due diligence requirements and so on. All of this has resulted in a number of delays and confused communications from our CSC. We have now been informed that because of the due diligence the intermediary accounts had to remain dormant for 10-15 days resulting in this latest communication to those affected. These accounts are now active but this has pushed our original 2-21 day time frame out by an additional 10-15 days. (Please note that this delay does not affect any transactions after 7 March, it only affects those already in the pipeline)

I wish there was some way we could give you an exact date for the payment into your account, but other than giving you the information that the processor has given us there is nothing more that we can do to speed this up. I assure you that the funds are available, the accounts are in place and all your withdrawals are waiting to be released as soon as the processor is in a position to do so. Every part of the process that can be completed has been completed and I ask that you bear with us for a little longer.

    Thanks again for the patience.

    Best regards,

    Belle Rock
The rep posted this on the 7th. According to how this is interpreted, the worst case is that the accounts were active on the 7th, and at least 10 days must pass before they can be used to process the withdrawals. This is on top of the quoted 2 to 21 days.
15 days would take this to 22nd March, so the very LATEST that payment should be made is 21 days from then, 12th April it looks like to me. Best case is 10 days plus 2 days processing, so payments could begin as soon as 19th March.
Read a different way though, the rep could be saying that the delay was because of this 15 day due dilligence, and the post on the 7th was to say the accounts are now active, as in past the 15 day wait. In this case payments should already be going through the account, and some players will be getting paid. In this case, payments should be complete by the first few days of April.
If payments do not materialise by mid April, the rep has some explaining to do, as this would be contrary to the current explanation of the issues, and implied promise of payment in said timescales.

    Hi VWM,
Thanks for all your input. Lots of helpful folks here for sure, and funny
Here is copy of my latest email from Riverbelle:

    Dear David,

This is to confirm that you currently have pending
withdrawals worth 15900 that we are in the
    process of paying.

    -------------------------------
    WHY ARE MY WITHDRAWALS DELAYED?
    -------------------------------

A new processor was rolled out with urgency to secure
a functioning option for US customers. This was done
with very little lead-time. The priority was to
ensure that our customers were paid their winnings
and - as a result - service levels took a regrettable
    knock.

Further, you may have been required to provide
additional information in the form of your bank name
and your physical address, as these were additional
    requirements not previously required.

The good news is that the initial hiccups which
caused delays have been resolved and that your
    withdrawal is being processed.

Please allow 15 business days from today (8 March)
for your funds to show up in your account.

Once again, we apologize for the delays and we really
    value you as a customer.

    Warm Regards,

    The Promotions Team
    Belle Rock Entertainment

Sooooooo, Not counting the 8th of March, I got it figured at the 29th. I can only hope they are true to their word this time, as I've stopped contacting them to see how it plays out "this time". We've had many delays and hopefully this is the last.
Just wanted to get you the latest info I had. Thank you again.

    Hey Dekon,

Glad to see they are communicating with you. I have not heard anything from River Belle. You would think since my withdrawal of $8,000.00 on02/11/07 the very least they could do is give me an update!!

Like Bellerock mentioned earlier, there have been some problems with their processors - all will be resolved hopefully sooner than later. You just have to be patient, that's all.

    Thumbs down BELLEROCK&MICROGAMING CASINOS NON-PAYMENT

I have been told so many different stories that I fear we will never be paid. The longer payment is delayed the more likely they will be dropped by the current processor and have to start all over again.

The previous post by Bellerock's Rep. is obviously untrue. My withdrawal of $5000.00 was not subject to the extended delays caused by the "old" processor. Yet I have been sent emails stating that "the processor has informed that you have been paid". That was on March 5. So where is my money?

There reply is that it can take 21 days from time processor sends my money for it to reach my bank account. THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS CLAIM I HAVE HEARD YET. The ach process does not take 21 days. The only way it can take that long is that it hasn't been sent. They blame it on U.S. banks, Bullsh....t. It is their banks. My bank has not returned or denied one ACH payment. Grand Prive's ACHs went through no problem. The trouble is on their end. Their banks and processors are cancelling the payments. The returned checks mentioned in posts are returned to our banks unpaid. U.S. banks accepted the checks. They casinos processors/banks denied payment on the checks.

Why is it taking 21 days? What is so magical about the number 21? No one can answer that question. My guess is that since the casinos are having to pay a higher fee to "high risk" processors. The negotiated fee probably provides that the processor has 21 days to complete the transactions. That is all I can come up with. ACH taking 21 days has nothing to due with u.s. banks. The banks do not decide whether to honor an ACH based upon how long it took to get there. Until they can provide the real reason these transactions are being delayed, we should all be prepared to never be paid.

I have asked them to cancel my ACH if it is not going to reach my account in 5 business days, and send it to Click2pay. At least I have a chance of getting my money.

I am tired of being lied to!!!!AND THEY ARE LYING. A different story every day.

Also, per Bellerock rep my cashin was not affected so why is my withdrawal being delayed the same as those affected by the old processor? Bellerock has no real explanation. I am tired of arguing with them. Support has NO CLUE what is going on. They give the pat answer "due to u.s. legislation" well the legislation says nothing about ACH transfers taking 21 days to process.

Send the damn ACH before the processor changes again, AND OH, don't send me a CHECK, PLEASE. At least give me the chance to send the funds to Click2pay or eco. I don't trust you will have the funds to cover the check!!!!!

If the u.s. banks were blocking payment to our accounts, they certainly would also be blocking eft payments to Click2pay!!!!!

Pay the processor some extra bucks and get us paid. Or work a deal with click2pay to get us paid. Stop insulting our intelligence!!!!!

I for one am not playing at Jackpot Factory or Bellerock casinos. They both owe me money.

If we all boycott these casinos, maybe we can get paid!!!!!!!!
