Fully agreed - I will back playing once I get my monies - Right now a little short on cash but got $8,000.00 coming.......SOMEDAY. But agreed MG casinos need to straighten this entire mess out get us paid and prove to us their NEW processor can talk the talk and walk the walk..........

I have again phoned support, 3/9, and they checked the "list" of players affected by the delay. They said I was NOT AFFECTED" I also received an email stating that "feedback from the processor has advised FUNDS HAVE BEEN PAID" I take that to mean that they have sent the ach to my bank.
If I have once again been misinformed, please let me know.

Welcome aboard! I am sorry you also are in this position we us. Be careful you will get alot of confusing emails each one contradicting the one before. They are as lost as we are! When you said you got paid I knew it was too true to believe. Don't bank on the money anytime soon! I wish I had a dollar for everytime I checked my checking for the $8,000.00 owed since 02/11/07. It is a shame to keep putting up the smoke screen and giving us false hopes. Stay with this forum and see if enough of us complain hard and loud enough if we can get the money any faster. If not at least we can save unsuspecting US players a whole lot of aggravation and money by not playing at River Belle and other MG casinos. I see their web site has once again updated - keeps changing - now to reflect check as the only means for US players to get paid. Can't wait for that check! Wonder how long my bank will hold it until it clears? This is a real mess and River Belle made things alot more complicated with the constant smoke screens instead of coming clean from the get go! Well my butt hole is now closed and no more smoke is going up my ass! Maybe if we started canceling our deposits they could get this figured out and get us paid. We paid for a service and the service did not hold up to its end of the bargain. In addition, the service blantantly mislead players as to what was going on while giving us false hopes in anticpation they could get us paid. What a shame.

I see also that River Belle despite their public post is still using the stall tactics and miscommunications to confuse the US player and buy time to figure out how they are going to pay us. Enough is enough - River Belle - we know you are listening - Quit blowing smoke up our rears and get your CS to relay the correct information as it relates to your post. Also, get us paid I am waiting since 02/11/07 - 27 days for $8,000.00! Don't you think enough is enough!!!! I think we deserve a public update so we all have the same information at the same time considering how long we are waiting for our funds.............
As a last resort and of course only a last resort. US player for the most part are upstanding law abiding citizens such as the case with people of other countries. However, this is a viable and I believe to be a legal recourse in indeed your it would be to your advantage!! Please note I am NOT a lawyer!

Personally I think terms of payment being changed after a win are a definite misrepresentation of the casinos and certainly not paying a win would be a service that is not delivered.
Payment still not received so River Belle now have the unenviable record of being tied with Cool Cat as the casino that has taken the longest to pay me - they will hold the record themselves tomorrow.
Spoke to accounting support this morning who again said it would be in my account in 24-48 hours, watch this space.
The banking page on their website shows that payments should be returned to the credit/debit card within 0-48 hours of withdrawal which the accounts staff seemed surprised by as he stated that withdrawals should take 5-10 days using this method.

Man I thought you had a heart attack.Hadn't seen you for a bit.
Anyway same here, except I dunno how many days it's been. lol. My last day is supposed to be 29th of March to be paid according to the last letter I got saying it would be another 15 BUSINESS days. I still don't get the EXTRA 15 day thing. Oh well. Anyway, when they say it like that, it makes you feel like all you can do is wait somemore. Glad to see you're still at it!!
