    Hi All,

Firstly I want to thank everybody who has been affected by the delays in funds appearing in their accounts for their patience in allowing us to deal with these issues.

We are as concerned about these delays as you are and we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issues, unfortunately many of them are beyond our control. Many of you requested withdrawals at the time that our previous processor stopped processing our transactions. This resulted in us having to re-issue those payments after we had set up relations with an alternative processor. The new processor needed additional information regarding every transaction which again caused delays, they needed to set up intermediary processing accounts that needed to pass various due diligence requirements and so on. All of this has resulted in a number of delays and confused communications from our CSC. We have now been informed that because of the due diligence the intermediary accounts had to remain dormant for 10-15 days resulting in this latest communication to those affected. These accounts are now active but this has pushed our original 2-21 day time frame out by an additional 10-15 days. (Please note that this delay does not affect any transactions after 7 March, it only affects those already in the pipeline)

I wish there was some way we could give you an exact date for the payment into your account, but other than giving you the information that the processor has given us there is nothing more that we can do to speed this up. I assure you that the funds are available, the accounts are in place and all your withdrawals are waiting to be released as soon as the processor is in a position to do so. Every part of the process that can be completed has been completed and I ask that you bear with us for a little longer.

    Thanks again for the patience.

    Best regards,

    Belle Rock

    Complicated

All very well, but why does the website continue to maintain "3-5 days" for ACH payments.
Had you kept affected players fully informed from the start, many of these postings would have not been made in such angry and persistent terms.
Each of these players, on their own, probably read the "3-5 days" on the website, and became incandescent with rage at the fact THEIR payments were subject to all these problems while the appearance of "business as usual" was maintained by the advice on the website, and even the CS at times.

The website needs to be updated to reflect the current 10-21 day estimate posted above, from an E-mail to a player.

I rather suspect that this "due diligence" business is all about the arrangement being set up to get past the US bans on gaming transactions. There is no guarantee that the US banks and clearing houses will not rumble this new setup, bringing further problems later on. You need a fallback plan, which you can use to pay players' last payments if the current new method fails with payments still in the pipeline. There should then be honesty to US players from the outset, that there is a temporary hold on withdrawals till another processing method is found and set up, and that they should only deposit money on the basis that withdrawals MAY be held up indefinitely.

I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE MONEY

My post only says that my email from Bellerock stated that my withdrawal was processed ACH.I have not yet received the funds.

Hopefully, I won't end up in the same boat as those that were told it was processed, only to find it was not.

    I will keep you posted.

ANYONE FROM UK HAVING PROBLEMS WITH BELLE ROCH WITHDRAWALS?

Made 2 withdrawal requests last week, 1 on 26/2 and 1 on 28/2. Was asked for some verification docs which I duly supplied and withdrawals were both eventually processed on Friday 2nd March.

Was expecting funds to be back on my debit card Tuesday/Wednesday (had been advised this by River Belle support last Friday and at start of this week!)

Maybe I am jumping gun and am waiting to hear back from forum rep who is looking into this for me yesterday but interested to hear if any other UK/Non-US players are having the same issues or if it is just the States that is having the processing problems.

Answered my own question now, appears there is the potential for delays with all withdrawals of this type (debit card refund in my case).

After earlier attempts had failed, managed to get through and it appears that it is a bit of a lottery when you are going to get money back into account.

Text of chat with CS below for your info.

Please wait, an agent will be with you shortly!

Dustin : Welcome to our live chat area. How may I assist you?
Me : Hi Dustin, I am looking for update on couple of withdrawals.
Me : they are showing as processed on March 2nd but not in my bank account yet
Me : I read on casinomeister there is a problem with your payment processors
Dustin : Please wait while I check your account.
Me : is this correct or just applying to US players only?
    Me : thanks
    Dustin : That is correct.
Me : ok, can you advise status of my payment and when I can expect it?
Dustin : We are having delays and all withdrawals are taking up to 21 days to reach your bank account.
    Dustin : Just one moment?
    Me : ok
Dustin : Please continue to wait?
Me : yes, will continue to wait
Dustin : Graeme, your withdrawal appears to be going smoothly. So it should reach your card by tomorrow afternoon.
Me : ok, that's great news, will keep an eye on it.
Me : thanks for your help Dustin
Dustin : Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me : Nope, that's me a lot happier now!
Me : thanks again & bye
    Dustin : Have a Great Day. Good-bye.

While I understand there are problems from time to time what I find unacceptable is that this is not communicated to all who this might affect. I spoke to support by telephone on Thursday & Friday this week and also with the Forum Rep on this board at the start of this week and never was it mentioned that there may be problems with the withdrawal. By this point it was apparent they were having trouble with their payment processors. A simple email to all would have helped to explain the situation. Yes, there would have been a lot of frustrated punters out there but not half as angry as having to learn of these problems through third parties.

Seems to be a case of keeping the head down and hoping noone noticed that it was taking 3 weeks for a withdrawal to hit the bank.

Hopefully my personal situation will be sorted by tomorrow afternoon (you will hear back from me if not, I hope this is not a stalling tactic until accounts leave for the weekend!) but thought worth sharing this with you (although no different from some of the previous postings in this thread!)

Even if payment reaches my account by tomorrow afternoon, this will be the longest I have had to wait for a withdrawal apart from my one visit to Coolcat which took over 2 weeks to resolve (I know, 2 weeks is good I hear you cry!)

Good luck and hopefully many more of you will be getting payment tomorrow afternoon in time for the weekend.

I really hope you get your money as promised time and again. I have been waiting since 2/11/07 for $8,000.00 withdrawal with no end in site. Personally I don't think the Belle Rock email is fair to ALL players. How can they justified paying recent wins when many players are waiting for monies in excess of 27days such as myself. Or are they saying all wins from 03/07/07 will be process as normal as another smoke screen to hide that they new processors track record has yet to be proven with hopes they will be successful. I know our monies are caught in the pipeline and they don't want to risk possibly paying us twice but lets face it they are making a lot of money and need to save face here. I am not saying they should pay all monies twice that are caught but they certainly need to do something and throwing $50.00 or so in my bonus account is not going to cut the mustard. I have spent countless hours trying to muddle through their emails which I eventually find out is a smoke screen after they publically come CLEAN! In either case I think it unfair practice to get new hits paid when were are waiting this long with no end in site. Thats not say I don't want new hits getting paid. I want everybody paid. I certainly know what its like to keep watching my account for monies every day based on broken promise again and again from River Belle. River Belle needs to do whatever they can to get us paid. If perhaps a few get paid twice all well consider it a learning lesson - save some face - and lets move back on to better days!

    River Belle ACH processing times???????

Listen UP!!!! Just had an extended family member (separate account - separate location but with the US) drop a few bucks at a Belle Rock casino to see if she could win and get money any faster. Well she won a little and went to check out via ACH. ACH states if it cannot be made within 6 days a check will be sent. Glad to see they are trying but I am still waiting 27 days to be paid $8,000.00 with no ideal of when to expect payment. Can I get a check? Even if I have to wait a few weeks for an overseas check to clear....A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush!!! Is this now the new business as usual for US players? Is this short term? I will continue to play once I get my money but I need to know the true expectations................
