Verification Documents including Credit Card ??

I recently had a lucky run at a Grand Virtual casino and made a few withdrawals (few hundred $).

My last withdrawal was stopped and the casino sent me to IBS for "verification" (for my own security of course ). What worries me is that I have been asked to provide credit card details (card & statement scans) - but I have only ever used neteller here. I am also asked to fill in a form stating that I authorise IBS to bill my credit card !!

I use neteller precisely because I don't want to deal with my credit card details wandering around everywhere. I will provide them with as much ID as they want, but why the credit card ??? I emailed their support a few days ago, but zero response.

    Any advice ?

    Ta

just send whatever documents you have, if you do not send credit card what is the worst that can happen? do that then see what they say.

If you have only used Neteller then you are not required to send in your Credit Card copy. A copy of your ID + utility bill will be enough.

Casinos asking your Credit Card info even if you are not using one should be avoided and reported here. Most Casinos state that if CC was not used, then a copy of that is not required.

    Reply form casino

Finally got a reply back from CS -

They asked for some screencaps and a utility bill, no credit card ( ) - and now they will "consider" unsuspending my account.

Have sent, will see what turns out...

That's not necessarily true. Most Wager Works casinos (Virgin, Get Minted, etc.) require you to register a cc with them, and they require a copy of your bank statement (of the CC) when you make an first withdrawal of £1000 or more (something like that).

On the other hand - players should be wary on who they provide this information to. If it's a clip shot joint - no way.
