Was playing the pirate game, recieved 4 cannons and went to the free spins feature (paying 3x) during the free spins I saw three cannons once , 2 cannons another time (these are scatters) the bell would ring on these meaning I won credits and on several other spins I had winning spins ,but only on the final two spins did ANY credits get added to my balance. Was betting 2.50 a spin. Getting into the bonus round the 4 four cannons paid 45.00 , then the final 2 spins added a whopping 5.60 . I was shafted out of the scatter wins and other hits. I contacted support immediatly after the free spins. Was told they will look into. We'll see! I estimate i was screwed out of 75.00 minimum .
Has anyone else encountered anything like this?
Was it recitified to your satisafation?


Also another pain is when chatting if the operator comments everthing your typing disappears . I had to ask her to stop typing so I could complete mine.

This happened to me on The White Wizard game, basically did not get paid for my last 4 spins of the bonus, I had 2 white wizards, those reels froze and the others spun but did not pay anything, I reported it but was playing a N/D bonus so i just filed it and shut it down.

This happened to me at Hype Gaming shortly after the launch when Treasure Hunter failed to credit me with about $75 - $80 in wins. I chatted with a few people and finally got credited (bonus-free) $100. And - they fixed the game

Get to the right people and complain a little.

This is terrible,
How could such "buggy" software have ever made it into production!
With reputable software, such as Microgaming, all wins are generated at the server, and even if the software freezes, or fails in another way, no credits or games are lost, they are either resolved on the server, or represented to be played out.

Better uninstall and play with more reliable software, such as Starluck

I checked out Hype today and I love the features.

They take a while to hit but are well worth it, and with the many size bets one can start betting low and have staying power and then work up from there.

I had fun.

I could be wrong here, but I think the bell ringing could be the error.
The cannon scatters only pay left to right, but I think the bell rings wherever they appear..?

The Hype rep (Hype Tristan) said they were working on the chat typing error over a week ago - why it takes so long to fix a simple glitch like that is beyond me...

Yeha I liked hype, but am waiting until they get their glitches in order.
I think it could be a very good casino, and could be pretty popular if they get their software problems worked out.

yes the cannons are not scatters and the bell rings after the spin is complete and if they do pay its left to right and must have a cannon anywhere on the first reel and have a ship onthe same line for the bonus
