32Vegas Casino Don't Want to Close my Account

    Hello,

I have a problem with 32Vegas Casino. They constantly refuse to close my casino account. I sent millions of emails to the support and vip manager, and all I get back is promotion emails.

What can I do? Do you have some suggestions?

    Thanks,

But, I am using this email very often, and a lot of people know this email...I wouldn't like to close it...

I can't believe that they just don't want to close the account. Ordinary practise in casino business?

No, many reputable casinos will close your account on request.

And that's the way it should be.

    Just curious

why does it have to be closed? Cant you just uninstall it and when you get a promotional email, unsubscribe? I just delete unwanted email

Is there something that can happen if you dont close it? I have alot open and just uninstall . Will I be at risk for something if I dont close an account?

    Thanks

All casinos should have a policy that closes accounts upon demand regardless of the player's reason. The player may be trying to curb their indulgence in gambling, or just doesn't want to play anymore. It should be a "no questions asked" policy - but that is merely my opinion.

Dodgy casinos would take advantage of players who are prone to spending too much. I know this is not the case here - the operators have been notified of the thread are are waiting for more info from the player to close the account.

Another reason is you still leave your account open to fraud if it is linked to a site such as neteller or click. I have gotten phone calls from places where my accounts "have been closed". I am also one of those trying to curb my gambling, so CasinoMeister makes a good point. My problems have been solved except Im having problems unsubscribing from some places..so i send them to the spam file.

The OP should email them and tell them they have a huge gambling problem, and they're about to lose their house because of it. The reply (or lack of) would be an interesting read
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
