I'm not one to complain as I am prepared to lose what I wager. However, it is very alarming and makes you question your judgement when you see the following in the attachment of my logs:

In the last 10 hands where I was making 25.00 deposits after each loss:
20
20
BJ
BJ
BJ
20
BJ
BJ
BUST
BJ
20

In my 5 years of online gambling, this is the 1st time I have ever seen anything like this(If I don't include that cash incinerator called Casino Xtreme). I want to give the casino the benefit of the doubt, but I'm really having a hard time doing so.

Thoughts?

Sheesh. Check out https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...19-followed-hands-of-20s-and-21s-in-bj.14908/ .
They haven't named the casino in that thread, but if it turns out to be the same one, I wouldn't be surprised.

Their streak was 19 dealer 20/21 which turned out to be 1:9billion, so with 8, it'd be ~1:3-4billion.

The hand that really sticks out is the one you dropped the bet down to $5 and drew a 21 vs 20. Makes you wonder........

As a B&M casino dealer, I dealt something like what you describe once in ten years. An entire 8-deck shoe consisted of 20, 21, or BJ and I busted on the very last hand of the shoe (15 or 16 hands dealt altogether). I had a hard time believing it even though I knew for absolute certain that I wasn't cheating.

I would do what my players did-switch tables, games, or casinos:D

Were you making deposits back into your account when your bankroll would get around .50 cents or so?

I'm just curious about the discrepancies between ending balance and starting balance on some hands ... and this was after I realized the hand order goes from bottom to top.

There will be odd occasions when this sort of bad luck will come along - happens with Microgaming too, however, it should not happen too often. If many players report this, and even find they win the hand they drop the bet on, then it becomes very odd indeed!

This looks like Boss Media listing to me, and I believe this issue came up before with the software quite some time ago. It is very hard to get enough data to present a proof statistically, only a full examination of all play at the casino by an independent party would shed light onto this.

While that's a bad run, playtech is legit software. When a one in a million run happens one out of a million times, it's not that remarkable. When it happens repeatedly in a very small sample size, it's time to look into things a bit more carefully. My first experience with that was at Lucky Trump Casino which is rogued here for very suspicious software and unethical practices (if only I had found CM before that ordeal!!!)

I've had two royal flushes in the span of less than ten hands once on Playtech Jacks or Better for $4k and $8k (4-line Job betting $20/spin once and $40/spin the other time and royalling on one line) that is pretty similar in improbability, but these things do happen (and I was promptly paid five bus days later).
