Cool cat casino takes forever to pay.

I finally had a good run on cool cat and try to cashout a few hundred, and I have nothing to show for it after waiting for over two weeks. This has taken so long that by the time they actually pay me, if they ever pay me, Firepay won't even accept the withdrawal.

Boo on Cool Cat for not paying and refusing to respond to any one of my four emails.

Their slow playing shouldn't be a big surprise as they are closely connected to Cirrus Casino & Bet Royal - they can be both finded at the Rogue lists and are are notorious for their tricks, including slow/non payment.

You should awoid them at all costs IMHO.

Keep hammering away at them..be firm, polite and a pest.

It took me 3 months to collect 5000 calling CS once or twice a week.

It was a $500 here $500 there kind of thing. very anoing but I got paid in the long run.

    Good Luck

I am almost certain that Cool Cat is run by the same clowns as Club Player Casino. You can check out my thread for the worst behaviour by an operator I have ever seen. Back before the *&$% hit the fan with Club Player, their manager talked up Cool Cat big time to me, which is a strong indication they are in league. It seems to be the consensus around here that Club Player, Palace of Chance, Cirrus, Bet Royal and Cool Cat are all the same operation.

I don't know about Bet Royal (isn't that Playtech), but the other four are a part of the Gambling Wages group.

According to this very interesting blog where a casino employee shares his experiences within the casino industry:

"Their casino names include Cirrus Casino, BetRoyal, Slots of Vegas, CookKat Casino, Prism and others."

    or

    Worth a read.

I've read the Carl Hutton thing. It's basically sensationalist crap without much fact to it. They talk about threatening players which I certainly can believe they've done over the phone (since they are part of Bet Royal which is rogued for threatening to kill a player) but I think there's little chance of them actually doing anything near that level in the US (maybe if you lived in Costa Rica.....)

Also, the whole part about Costa Ricans being astonished at seeing a white person... that's basically just complete bs.

Anyway, I still haven't been paid. I have a buddy who decided to stop playing here because they've only paid him $500 of his $2,500 cashout with the rest of it in "pending" status with no explanation as to why they paid him so little and they've been ignoring his emails.

I've called and asked for a manager, but conveniently as is the case with pretty much any RTG or Playtech I've asked to talk to a manager too. They are 1.) Not available and 2.) No one seems to know their office hours.

Sketchy as hell. Can't wait to move out of Washington so I can go back to playing at Microgaming casinos.

The PAB section should be up either later today or first thing tomorrow. Please PAB on these guys - their operations have changed recently and they want to be more vigilant on handling player complaints and their customer service. I had a very productive meeting in Barcelona with them.

    CM-

Thank you in advance. I finally got an email from them today (two weeks late). Of course, at this point, I can't get Firepay to give me any money so it's a huge hassle. Considering I cashed out a week before Firepay's announcement to stop US players I would have figured I'd have been paid before then.

I still haven't been paid. Is there any casino contact on here that is still active? I PM'd the contact listed at least once, and I think twice and got no response.
