jackpot factory, fix your prb or close ur business

whenever i log to any jackpotfactory casino, i am always having trouble logging into the casino and its always.and game speed is also so slow. i just signed with vip lounge casino and after depositing money and playing some hands, i cant log into my account . its too frstrating. my advise to them , either fix ur prb or close ur doors to players till you guys fix ur prb. u cant run the business with ur doors closed and selling chips at the front door.

Would love to hear if there's anyone else having the same problems with these casinos.

If not, then it's either your internet connection itself, or the route it takes from you to the casinos in question.

It usually takes me at least two attempts to log-in to All Jackpots, so hearing other people are having problems doesn't really surprise me.

    sumerafa,

Glad that you raised this issue. 95% of my game play is at 7Sultans, however I also occasional play at First Web.

Since April I've experienced the same issue at 7Sultans and have also had the same problem with FW (not as often though).

Reporting this problem to support only get the usual BS replies that it's not our end, it must be yours, your connect is dropping out not ours...blah...blah...blah

Though as this only ever happens with casinos who are running their game servers from the Kahnawake (used to have the same issue with King Neptune too), I'm of the firm opinion that a router over at the server compond at Kahnawake has an ongoing fault.

As both casinos seem happy to pass the buck back to my court, I've taken the task of trying to find the issue myself.

So far I've run tracerts on the following IPs:

    7Sultans Game server (one of)
    66.212.236.43

    First Web Casino Game server
    64.34.230.137 (one of)

When I'm experiencing this issue and I'm either unable to login into the casino or worst still dropped from the game server (Error 2 code), I'm getting DNS errors. As I said it's my opinoin that the Kahnawake server compond has a faulty router that is basically dropping people when it's being overloaded.

I'm assuming that these casinos would have some type of load balance and server peering incorporated into their infrastructure. Which may explain why the First Web game server 64.34.230.137 appears to be located in the Florida.

Location: United States [City: Delray Beach, Florida]

NOTE: More information appears to be available at NET-64-34-230-0-1.

    Peer 1 Network Inc. PEER1-BLK-08 (NET-64-34-0-0-1)
    64.34.0.0 - 64.34.255.255
    Go-Magic Inc. PEER1-GOMAGIC-03 (NET-64-34-230-0-1)
    64.34.230.0 - 64.34.230.255

Though most times I've conducted a IP tracert the IP is located at the Kahnawake server compond.

What really get my goat up over this, is that I seem to always be dropped thru a really good winning streak or when one is just kicking in. Between 8:00pm - 2:30am Australian EST seems to be the worse effected hours.

Just for completeness I'm running WinXP Home, P4 2.8, 1 gig ram, 6800xt AGP 8x graphics card and a 1.5Mbit dsl connection.

Although I've only played at 8x4+Red & Dash a few times, this issue never is a problem at casinos that don't have their game servers located at the Kahnawake server compond.

I was going to contact Kahnawake, but, they'll be about as useful as casino support so it's not worth the hassle.

jackpot factory, fix your prb or close ur business

this problem has been going on for almost three months now. when i send an email i get the reply that whatever technical problem that is causing this is very hard to find and they would appreciate if i would have more patients. IMO the factory is going down hill.

    Years

I have noticed this problem on and off for months running into years. I have noted all along that Jackpot Factory are by far the worst, and have been for some time. I have contacted support many times, but they are in denial at the factory, and it looks like the rule is to issue the standard fob-off (internet traffic, your ISP etc) and take the issue no further. It seems that the player community has finally had enough of this bull, and want a serious attempt by the casino operators to find a solution.
I have also found this problem at the Casino Action sites, although not as often as at Jackpot Factory.
The big problem at Jackpot Factory is the inability to log on in the first instance, but the second attempt seems to go through fine. I suspect that there is an underlying error in the way the Viper client interacts with the browser and operating system that adds to the existing issues. At some point, the casino interface deals incorrectly with priorities, such as opening windows behind the screen that require a response (impossible, as it is hidden), and blocking all user interaction in the mean time, including allowing closing the casino, minimising the interface to expose the hidden window etc.
I have also noticed that viper casinos no longer allow logon if the lobby homepage is unavailable to show, and the timeout on the casino is shorter than on the browser, so the casino falls over first, thus preventing connection. With casinos that have a "message of the day" this too will block gameplay if it cannot be fetched and displayed, and it is necessary to wait till it loads of times out on the browser with "page not available" before any lobby navigation is permitted.

Operators should bear in mind that the longer we are told to investigate it ourselves, the more will come to light about the inner workings of the casino side of the operation (RE above post). Software is never perfect, and occasionally such user investigations will uncover a flaw in the system that may or may not be responsible for the problem, but may assist in committing fraud against the casino. User investigations have already busted odds-on VP, and if they had looked seriously at the problem when first raised they would have had a chance to get away with fixing it on the quiet.
Far better that casino operators require that such complaints are LOGGED and PASSED ON, even if CS issue the BS response in the first instance, so at least the level of complaints can be assessed. MG should then look at the numbers over all the casinos to see if there is a common link that relates to the way the operator ends are set up rather than the location of players reporting the problems.
I had also suspected Kawanake, but this seemed unlikely as they have a large fibre optic link and tap into this, and I would expect the casinos themselves to run servers large enough to cope with the player base.
When I looked into this, I noticed that it was the case that packets failed to arrive back from the casino server, and the client software assumes a time-out. The client software fails to send a prompt back to the server, and this is possibly an oversight, as packets occasionally get lost on the internet. In these circumstances, the server has completed the game and sent the result, but it never arrives. The server has no need to send a reminder in this instance, as it has resolved the current game. The server will only respond again if it receives another "spin" or "deal" command packet from the client end.

    Yes

When there are problems logging into the download, I also get the same type of "unable to connect" problem with Flash.
