    JOYLAND CASINO SCAM

IVE BEEN PLAYING ON JOYLAND AND PRESTIGE CASINO FOR 8 MONTHS NOW AND HAVE RECORDED THE SAME PROGRAMMED SCAM PATTERN. YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT AND ALWAY WIN A LITTLE BIT AND THEN NO MATTER WHAT GAME YOU PLAY OR HOW YOU BET YOULL ALWAYS RUN DOWN TO ZERO. IN 8 MONTHS THIS CASINO HAS SCAMMED ME OUT OF $22,450 AND THEY SAY EVERYTIME ITS JUST BAD LUCK BUT IN THE 8 MONTHS IVE PRINTED OUT EVERY POKER HAND I HAVE PLAYED AND IN REVIEW IT THE PATERN IS VERY VERY OBVIOUS. EVERY FEW TIMES THAT I WON SOMETHING NICE I AND CASH OUT, I WOULD WAIT BETWEEN 1 AND 10 DAYS TO GO BACK AND PLAY AND EVERGAME NO MATTER WHAT WAS ALWAYS IN A LOSE LOSE LOSE MODE UNTIL I HAD PLAYED BACK EVERYTHING THAT I CASHED OUT. I HAVE EMAILED THE VIP MANAGER OVER 40 TIMES AND THEY NEVER REPLY TO MY EMAILS AND THE INSTANT MESSAGE PEOPLE ALWAYS TELL ME THAT SOMEONE WILL ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS I WILL NEVER PLAY ON JOYLAND OR PRESTIGE EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I EVEN CLOSELY RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE IF YOU DONT BELIVE THIS JUST TRY THEM OUT AND YOULL SEE THAT ONCE YOU WIN A LITTLE THEY RIG THE ENTIRE CASINO TO GO INTO A SLOW LOSING MODE TEASING YOU TO KEEP PLAYING UNTIL YOU LOSE EVERYTHING THAT YOU CASHED OUT TOTAL SCAM JOYLAND AND PRESTIGE CASINO'S

Sorry to hear that you lost but accusing a casino of cheating is not going to bring back your losses.

    HOGBALLS,

Sorry to hear you lost too. Though, obviously you didn't come to this realisation after 8 months! You also say that you emailed the VIP rep 40 times and received no repsonse.

Why did you bother to continue to gamble at the casino?

Or, was it only a scam when you were losing and not when you were winning?

Maybe you need to write to the management and ask them to flick the switch

8 months is a hell of a long time. Question #1. Why? Are these your deposits? If after playing for a few hours and you felt something wasn't quite right, why did you continue to play?

Playtech is a publicly traded company which provides software to a few high profile companies. If the software is cheating, they are in deep crapola. The casinos are only a template more or less for the casino software, so in other words if Joyland and Prestige have cheating software, then all Playtech casinos would have cheating software. There are plenty of players here that probably feel that it's legit.

No offense, but if you emailed me 40 times in ALL CAPS WITH NO PUNCTUATION, I would stop replying as well.

But then Joyland doesn't have the best reputation/history for customer service.

They also have a very stupid name. I would not play at a casino that has a stupid name.

Have you got solid proof that this is true?
Are you 100% sure that individual casino operators can not change the behavior of the Playtech software?

I ask because when I played a Playtech with a 'less than exemplary' reputation I was fairly shocked with the results I got from their games (i.e. very rapid losing). I realise I could have just been extremely unlucky, but it did seem a bit fishy to me.

When any company buys software to run it's business it is common for them to get 'little tweaks' put in to suit their operation. How do we know these big-turnover casinos can not influence the software providers? Money talks!

I don't wish to fuel the OP's opinion that most casinos are scammers because in my view the majority are completely fair. But can we be 100% sure there aren't a few bad apples in the barrel?
