    No RoadHouseReels please, we're British!

This is actually a multiple complaint!

    1. I get an e-mail inviting me to take a 100% bonus on $100 at RoadHouseReels (RHR). The e-mail contained my account number. Except it's not my account number because I have never signed up to RHR!
On checking I discovered it was my Jupitor Club account number.
    Why did they do that?

    2. The e-mail indicated they are a Grand Prive casino - when did that happen? Why didn't anyone tell me! (Not a serious complaint! )

    3. So anyway, I decide to check them out & visit their website. The first thing I look for (of course) is their T&C's. In particular I'm looking to see if RHR discriminates against UK players (no bonuses) the same as the other Grand Prive casinos... But I could not find their T&C's anywhere on their website!
Finally I did find them hidden away below the Promo T&C's & I discovered that they are the same as all the other GP's.

So that takes me back to complaint 1; Why did they send an e-mail to a British Citizen offering a bonus which I can not claim???
    Smile, it may never happen...

Incredible! Clearly things have not improved st Grand Prive.

Good work for airing this here, KK - some other UK players may have fallen for it and then had hassles later.

    KK,

As a heads up, RHR have always been owned by Grand Prive` Group.

I do have a question though, why are UK players being declined bonuses? Is this just from GPG casinos or are other jumping on the bandwagon too?

If this is the case, it reminds me of the Danish fiasco a few years back!

Dunno how I missed that then! I only had them down as having 4 places, and as I'm actually promoting them on my own site I thought I would have noticed RHR!

As far as I know, this is the only MG group with anti-UK rules.

They also disallow the Danes*, but the UK ban is not spelt out as such, but done in a sneaky way; They only offer bonuses on $US accounts, but players from the UK are only allowed to have £UK accounts!
I discovered this after opening a $US account at Jupitor Club only for them to close it & write to me explaining this strange rule!

    * BTW I think this ban is totally outrageous. I hope that one day casino's will be Government regulated and that racism like this will be stamped out.

You might not like this KK, but the same thing happened to my wife courtesy of an offer from one of your favourites ie intercasino. Although players from Hong Kong were explicitly barred from taking their monthly bonuses they sent a 100% match bonus offer to my wife who had an account with them. So its basically the same thing. Why send an offer to a player from Hong Kong which she cannot claim?

I'm pretty certain they'll have been stung by US bonus hunters playing in £s to get a better return. So instead of banning US players for playing in £s, they ban any £s player from playing, not thinking that it will only stop uk players playing because they now think they're being discriminated against.

Not so, I first noticed a ban on Pound accounts, but when UK players started using dollars, they banned UK players from using any other currency than the Pound. Other customers may play in their own currency or dollars.
The two terms together ban all UK players from bonuses, and also prevent others from gaining from using the pound. If it were just a problem with US players using pounds they would have left it at allowing bonuses only in euros or dollars.
