The reality is that, if there is no mutual respect, you stand to lose the participation of casino representatives and no-one will benefit.

We are not even "recommended" on this site (and I fully understand why), yet we have continued to participate. Maybe it is time we seriously reconsider this.

VP Operations
Fortune Lounge
I agree with what he states.

This casino rep comes on here and responds to all posted questions in a respectful and professional manner (unlike some of the other casino reps) and he is ridiculed and insulted. He certainly hasn't done anything to deserve that type of treatment on here.

As he also stated... his casinos are not promoted or recommended on this forum... yet he still chooses to frequent this forum.

Would it be too much to ask that you show this helpful rep a bit of courtesy?

I personally appreciate the fact that this casino rep is willing to come to this forum and try to resolve problems. I would hate to see him leave due to some members badgering the shit out of him, and insulting him.

Right on there Mrracetrack......It's good that he comes here to try and help players resolve issues and it would nice if he felt he could continue without some of this crap happening.I personally have been playing FL casino's 7 Sultans mainly and have yet to be spammed or have unwanted emails by them..

I'm going to third that.

FL comes in here frequently and takes a lot of flak (including lots from me) - but he still comes in here and tries to help resolve problems when they occur.

Now personally I am still not satisfied with how things work at their operation, but I do respect the fact that FL still comes in here day after day to help when he can.

On the other hand, I, too, would like to know exactly how Villento is connected to Fortune (or marketing entities), so that we can be clear where FL can help in this regard and where he cannot.

Yep this is a fact, I have admired your open and honest way of dealing with player issues several times and one of the very few reps that honestly admits when there was a screwup!

Mmmmmmm, fortunately there are a very few members that do this! I feel pacers31 is inspired by frustration but his intentions are not to slate you,... anyway I hope that is the case

You see what I mean with honesty! Man I take my hat of to you once again!

Just a final note. FL you are truly impressive when it comes to sort out issues and unique in the way you have been conducting yourself. Please do not withdraw because of the few that only have fun in forums slating people, I assure you you have a huge support base here!

Exclamation Admin Note:

Casino rep or not, everyone deserves common courtesy of being a member of Casinomeister's forum. It's the participation of knowledgeable players and casino representatives that make this one of the best gambling forums available to anyone with an Internet connection.

Scrollock - your outburst is exactly what screws forums like this up. If you think that this is just some yahoo site that thinks it's funny to slag off on one another, then it's time to take a break from Casinomeister. As a long time member, I am really surprised that you started a rant like that. Do it again and you'll get a serious cyber spanking.

If there is something bothering you (or anyone for that matter) there are ways of handling this in a respectable and efficient manner. FortuneLounge is a long time member who has been extremely helpful solving many, many player issues. Give him the respect he deserves. Thank you.

Obviously I fully agree with what the FL rep said re respect.

What amused me tho is when he says "we are not recommend on this site and I fully understand why"

Kudos to the rep for being so candid, but a shame they can't/won't do whatever is required to become fully recommended, especially given that they seem to understand exactly what the problem is

Yep, I am just frustrated with this ongoing spam. I do appreciate that you respond, but now how about some action FL? My comment about impotency was only about the apparent lack of ability you seem to have in curtailing these emails, not your sexual prowess or whatever. Perhaps there is another spelling for impotent (impetent??) with the same meaning, which is basically unable to perform or helpless to accomplish. Semantics aside, we just want this issue laid to rest, that's all. I do give you points for at least staying with the issue, just want it resolved.

Sorry to let you have it again FL, but more of the lousy spam again today. This is my last entry on this thread because it is apparent that you have no control over those who solicit for you. I guess I will just have to live with the spam even after emailing you several times about this issue and asking for removal from the lists. Make you a deal, I won't bring it up again (I'll just delete the spam and never patronize your sites again) if you quit coming on here and whining about how mistreated and misunderstood you are, OK! Seems that my choice of adjectives was correct, you are IMPOTENT to do anything about this situation. Bye Bye FL. Fellow posters, join up at Fortune Lounge and get spammed for life. Quite a sign up bonus eh??

pacers31 can you please give me more information on this. Perhaps pm me the copy of this idiot that is spamming you? Perhaps an affiliate tag or any information that is not posted. What did spamcops reply to this? I want to see if I can do something or find out something, this idiot is just pissing me off on a very Blue Monday!

I sent the info requested to FL and it just keeps coming. I have deleted the last one so next time I will send one along (hopefully there won't be a next time). It comes from casinos-online and when you click the unsubscribe link, it tells you that you need to respond to a verification email they send you. When I enter details from that email, it says that the address does not match and that it won't be deleted. I want to say it is somehow affiliated with happytime gaming, or something like that. Like I said, no more issue, just pushing the delete button. Hope FL doesn't plan on any deposits from me ever!
