    Angry Ditto, Bellerock is Smells These Days

    My wife will probably kick my a-- for postng to this thread. I spent over an hour, yes an actual hour, just scanning through the thread. Thank G-D, for the Meister's Eisenhower shots of himself to stop and read. Better than the Hannibal Lechter look, lmao. Anyway, when I first read the thread I was ready to tell my wife never play in Bellerock again. I have seen less than adequate service from them in their call center recently and fewer bonus offers. In regard to bonuses, I don't care, but the missus loves them. We
    gamble currently around 4 k per month, and avoid Bellrocke for the reasons stated. Although, we have been receiving buy 50 get 100 bonus from Jon (casino pr guy) for the past month. I guess they see we are playing their competitors, lmao. Look, bottom line it, obviously, these goof balls in the name of, Sherlock, err marcholmes, are trying to win ripping off the system. However, until about page 26, I was ready to think BR a--holes and money hungry. My point is simply this, CM, you got to the heart of the issue when you brought up the 50 meter issue (grassy knoll stuff) and phone number. The casino, pro Cyber, looked liked buffoons more than the carnies here to me. Now this may be policy, but tell them to be better at responding here. They were generic in replies ( bad documents) and could have said more in my opinion without legally being sued/compromised. I wasted an hour ( I bill out at over $325.00 U.S per hour) on a soap opera on the internet and in my opinion and while not holding BR responsibole, have told my wife not to play their crapa-- customer supported operation any longer. By the way, sadly, we have won there several times,in the thousands of dollars, but to us, at least in the U.S. service, not wrote replies or b.s. still matters.

    (this should be enough for Bellerock to see we are players and think about their rep in the U.S. with crap customer relations and start shi--ing some bricks)

    jQUOTE=mitch]Aren't fraud investigations great!
    Admit it Meister you have had 500 euros worth in job satisfaction already.

    Marcholmes eventual tale was getting too convoluted by the end.

    I always say, look for the simple explanation (eg in this case probably the most common internet casino fraud -- multiple accounts) to begin with. It's amazing how often that turns out to be the right answer in the end.

    Fascinating....

    Well, I just read the whole thread, all 37 pages; It was like watching a good ole Columbo episode on TV. Very interesting and thoroughly executed by the Meister.

    It just about covered all the key Evils screwing up Online gambling ... Bonuses, Multiple accounts, the SS Casino Cyber police, This ridiculous ID matter, and don't say its all legit or even necessary; I had Cirrus Casino hang me up over 3 months for $25 on an ID issue that borderlined on insane, Inane communication from CS. And oh yes 'the computer ID'. FYI there is a unique CPU ID for every Intel processor; (maybe AMD too I don't know) I can read mine with a simple utility, its like 17 digits and letters long.

    I will not play at any Casino online until I've confirmed they're satisfied with my registration and ID before I wager a single dollar; and get it in writing! The OP here may have opened 7 Accounts, but is the Casino system in general designed to run with the cart before the horse? I mean to say do they allow the opening of several accounts with the expectation that more will be lost than won and remain oblivious as long as the player is losing, and act only if the player attempts to cash in at a profit? When you look at this logically its kind of backwards. If the SS Proc Cyber police can be running all these logistical comparatives on active and inactive accounts in probably nano seconds, then why wasn't the RED flag up much earlier in the game? Like how about at the time the Accounts were created? I ask this of the Casino operators! You see ... a lot of things look suspicious about some of these guys posting here about your action against them; But there are number of things about the Casinos that look equally suspect.

    The really bad thing here is, like the SS, when you Cyber-net in a group of suspects you just shoot them all, the good guys along with the bad guys. I quess its the simplest and quickest way to take down the bad guys who deserve it, but its going to cost you. You better come up with a better system than this one. You'll lose customers that read this thread much less the innocent guys caught up in this.

    I don't take the Bonus anymore. I deposit from Neteller and I expect my cashin to go promptly back where it came from. I won't use a Credit card. That's how I solved this problem for myself; and I still win when I play at the Casinos I trust. Now many, or most players, can't play without a Bonus. They say its futile, you can't win otherwise. How did it come to this?

    I wonder................

    Guess who's back

    Been on the nightmare shifts at this place I don't work at (in your opinion!)

    Right, the 50 metres issue - CM you're gonna have to give me more details, I've done some hunting around and the nearest person I know of who works at my place lives about 5/6 miles away from me, that's 7545 metres plus by my reckoning.

    The phone numbers - I now never give a real number to casinos. The reason being I have received calls from casino operators at 3am - not very impressive. So I make em up - you can get BR to phone the numbers, I'll be surprised if any of them work.

    The duplicate number? If you tell me what number it is I may be able to help shed some more light on it.
